The food was good and the actual waitstaff were really attentive. Mi Vida gets a low rating because I requested through the app to be seated outdoors or at least near a window and not only did the hosts do neither, but when I asked about it, I was told I needed to check a box instead of just writing my request. Overly officious nonsense. We were hoping to watch the pride parade and ended up going home early instead.

We always enjoy our visits to Mi Vida! Whether it's the shrimp and crab guacamole, the tacos, or the Carne Asada, everything is consistently amazing. Our waitress, Kate, always greets us with a smile and provides attentive service. We'll definitely be back!🙂

The waiter was amazing. His service was great. However the hostesses were not. We had a reservation and we were told we were checked in. Everyone was getting seated before us. There was a lack of communication and the reservation policy is silly. The host checked us in when we arrived and said our table will be ready and we will be seated shortly. But apparently we were not checked in and i was expected to check in through text saying i am on the way which didn’t make sense because the host checked us in when we arrived in person. Very strange and silly. I had a reservation and I was not seated until over 20 minutes after my reservation time. The waiter ended up being very good. The food was good, but not the best Mexican I’ve had. I probably won’t come back to Mi Vida.
