The only thing that upset my was the flat soda my mountain dew tasted more like water syrup food was impeccable I would definitely recommend to a friend family or any out-of-town guests
We sat at a high top table in the bar area. The service was outstanding and the food was extremely good! I had the sea bass and my wife had the tour of Italy. Highly recommend both dishes!
The restaurant was clean and the owner was very personable. However the lamb chop was super fatty and the Brussels sprouts were not cooked. Lamb is supposed to be somewhat fatty but there was barely any lamb on the chop. We will probably eat there again and not order the lamb since it was $40 and we don't feel like the cost was worth the cut of lamb. We have had other dinners there over the years and were always satisfied with the food/cost. This was our anniversary dinner and since I picked the restaurant I was disappointed especially since my husband chose the lamb.
Always a great dining expierence. Excellent martini's!
My husband and I both had real dishes. Delicious. We started with the Italian greens. I love them. Peroni beer. Nice evening. Made reservations super easy with open table.
Wow! We had our dinners off of their new menu "Bistecca Di Mi Scuzi." The dinner is for 2 people and includes a bottle of wine, appetizer/each person, salad/each person, and each person can chose from a bone-in-ribeye, lamb saddle chop, 1 lb veal chop saltimbocca, or a hand-cut sirloin steak. To make this ever better, includes dessert/each person can choose their own. Most delicious meal, and gracious staff. Thank you Chef Michael!!
We had a lovely meal. Mi Scuzis is one of our favorites.
Our waitress was very friendly, however service was slow. The food was decent but nothing I would run back to eat. Also, the portion sizes were huge. I would recommend that they cut the portions in half and charge half as much. Or at least offer half portions.
This was the BEST Italian meal we've had in a long time. Our positive impression began at the curb with friendly valet car parking. Hearing Italian music in the dining area was a plus! But then the fresh, hot garlic knot rolls sealed the deal. The Italian Wedding Soup broth had a deep, rich taste, followed by our sea bass and gnocchi with vodka sauce dishes as entree. I wanted to lick every plate. We don't live in Erie but we will head straight here anytime we are in town. HIGHLY recommended for a taste-bud explosion of Italian delights.
Wonderful menu choices..so hard to choose ..Food was very good and wine selection also..Loved it!
As usual, service and food were fantastic. We started with lobster bisque, they add sherry when they serve it, so good. Veal piccata was pounded thin, so tasty,
I chose the side of spaghetti large portion, the other option was potatoes. My husband ordered the tour of Italy, which included pork chop with pear and onions, 5 chees stuffed shell, and pot roast. The pot roast was so tender and delicious, stuffed shell was very good, pork was very tasty, but a little tough. They were out of tiramisu, but our last visit we loved the tiramisu. We will be visiting again soon. Can't wait!
I have been there twice while visiting Erie and my whole family would recommend it.
Just getting back to Erie after 20+ years in Cincinnati we were looking for a great restaurant for special occasions. Mi Scuzi fit the bill. An attractive neighborhood place on a quite street with great food and service. We will be going back again to sample other treasures on the menu. A very good selection of wine by the glass was also available. We each had Veal with homemade pasta. EXCELLENT!!
Service was great. Owner was very polite and checked in to make sure everyone's dining experience was satisfactory.
Service was excellent. Waitstaff very attentive and knowledgeable about specials and wine offerings.
i don't live in Erie anymore but I will be coming back here on next trip...outstanding
Our first time there. It was delicious and amazing homemade italian food. We had a very enjoyable meal.
Loved everything about the experience, except when we first sat down it was a little noisy. Good food! Great service! We will be back..
This was our 2nd time there; my husband and I came for our 10 year anniversary. And it did not disappoint. Just can't beat this place...it's super cute and the food is awesome!
It was a little loud because the other tables were so close but the food was delicious.
Do not know the name of our server, BUT SHE WAS WONDERFUL. Loved her mannerism as well as she was very helpful in informing us, letting us know what we may want to try, etc.
Really great food. The staff was extremely attentive and the chef made his rounds talking to the patrons. We were able to eat outside, great ambiance. Would highly recommend this gem
Wonderful food and delightful service. We were a three-generations family group, and everyone loved the items we ordered. Appetizers are particularly excellent.
Wonderful service and delicious meals.
Delicious food, competent wait staff - we sat on the patio with grapevine trellis above ... and loved every minute!
This is my husbands favorite restaurant and we drive 4 hours to get there. We are never disappointed, and so we went there for his birthday Friday! Food was amazing as always and the owner came out and spoke with us to make sure everything was going well and that we were enjoying our meal. Always a great experience there!
This place is amazing, found it online and it was our first time eating there and I was floored by how good the food was. It is a little pricey but as good as the food is it is very much worth it. I can’t wait to go back.
We make an hour and a half trip up to Erie every June for this restaurant... this is our 4th year in a row and Mi Scuzi’s never disappoints... we will be back next year God willing.
Enjoyed our meal at Mi Scuzi! We had the wedding soup, tour of Sorrento, and the Italian sausage dish. All were very tasty! The garlic knots are great, too! We will be back the next time we are in town.
Delicious meal! All four of the individuals in our party had different and excellent meals. Highly recommend this restaurant!
My sister and I were in Erie and saw this place had good reviews. It is located in.a questionable area of town are d some run down houses, so we were a little nervous. There is limited street parking. The inside is small, nothing fancy and the servers were pretty laid back . The prices are high - pastas range in the $20's and steak/seafood in the $ 30's. Rolls are included, but salads are not. The food was good but we personally felt it was overpriced.
Absolutely love this place...food is great and service is great. The owner/chef visits each table for feedback. If something isn’t right, tell him! He really wants his patrons to be satisfied. It’s small and can be crowded and noisy, but, so worth it. ❤️
Phenomenal food, friendly staff, and a beautiful dining room. The chef even came out to speak with us for a personal touch. We highly recommend Mi Scuzi for anyone wanting a memorable Italian dining experience in Erie, PA!
The food was delicious. It was well served. The chef checked on us to make sure we were happy with our food (which we were!) highly recommend.
Very good food and service. Tables are a little close together in some areas but overall a great place.
mi scuzi is excellent!! Service is great and food and wine are out of this world. The perfect place for a celebration
The chef was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I couldn’t recommend this establishment enough. Definitely visit if you’re in the area.
The food, attention to detail and atmosphere make this a wonderful place to enjoy an Italian meal. The gnocchi are like pillows, the chicken and steak are fabulous and the garlic knots are amazing! Love the tomato/mozzarella appetizer and the cheesecake is delicious.
Great food, friendly staff, good menu! Made reservations through open table, we erte seated immediately and checked on just often enough. Highly recommended!
