Situated directly on the water overlooking the Hudson River, in the Battery Park section of Manhattan, diners will experience a fresh take on Mediterranean, Greek and seafood dishes created by Executive Chef Antelmo Ambrosio.
Mezze on the River boasts two outdoor dining terraces with direct Hudson River views in addition to indoor seating with floor-to-ceiling windows, giving diners an unobstructed view of the passing sailboats and yachts leaving the nearby North Cove Marina.
Featuring delicious Brunch offerings, a perfectly-crafted cocktail menu, and signature dishes like Flying Octopus and Black Squid Ink Truffle Lobster Pasta, Mezze on the River creates the perfect escape from the daily NYC grind .

    Join us for a curated dinner & fireworks experience at Mezze on the River. The Jersey City 50 star fireworks display will be taking place directly across the river from Mezze and you are invited to get a birds eye view. Prix Fixe Dinner Menu Includes: Assortment of Appetizers for the table + Choice of 1 Entree Per Guest + Assortment of Petit Four Desserts. Detailed menu can be viewed on our website. Prix Fixe pricing applies to guests 5 years & older. Kids under 5 can order off the regular menu or kids menu. When making a reservation please include any kids in the guest count to have seating. Sales tax & 20% Gratuity are not included and will be automatically added to your final bill. See you at Mezze!

                              Feta fries, greek salad, spanakopita, lamb ragu, all 10/10. Fries are crunchy, salad is fresh, spanakopita is perfectly sized and filling is great. Lamb kebob was a little bit too pink for my personal liking, but that’s ok. We had also booked an outdoor seat but were sat inside, unsure if it was closed due to earlier rain. Service was great, and so was the view. Would definitely recommend! 8.5/10!!

                              The waiter disappeared several times throughout the dinner, 20 minutes each time he was just gone. We got up a few times to try to find him as he recommended the extra spicy cucumber salad then forgot our water, wine and brought the wrong entrees. The food runner ended up bringing us our bill and take-out containers after flagging her down . The food was good but unfortunately won't be back due to lack of service.

                              The wait staff was attentive, friendly and helpful when we had questions about the menu. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious any seafood lover will adore this spot! The river view and ambience make this all the better. We ate on the patio and we will definitely be returning! We ordered: tuna tartare, oysters, crab croquettes (these were OK i wish there was more sauce on them as I felt they were a little dry), squid ink truffle pasta, and the amalfi seafood pasta al cartoccio, the dessert was equally delicious!

                              The food was DELICIOUS! 5 stars easily. The service was fine — did the job but had to wait and didn’t get drink refills, etc. The lamb chops, scallops, lobster tacos, and spanakopita were AMAZING!!

                              The location was perfect with stunning views of the Hudson and the Statue of Liberty. There were options for indoor or outdoor dining. Both were lovely. That night we opted to sit inside due to the strong winds, however both areas were in beautiful settings. The service was perfect. Our waiter Julian was attentive, made good recommendations and was always checking to see if everything was to our satisfaction. The food choices were absolutely delicious. There were 4 of us and we tried the mixed seafood dish, filet mignon, grilled salmon and Seabass. Everyone loved their selections. There was a wide variety of cocktails and wine as well. And the Molten Chocolate cake was perfection, which we all shared. Highly recommend this restaurant.
