   Mezze had delicious food and a genuinely warm and skilled staff. I'm looking forward to coming back, and hope that their back patio will be open then. They had closed it because of the weather, so maybe call ahead and ask if they've got it open if the skies look iffy and you want to sit outside. Inside seems very nice, but now that we're headed into al fresco season with such a gorgeous view, I didn't pay it much attention. Also, the drink program is excellent. I'd come back for that alone even if the food wasn't great, but it is. Standouts were the espresso martini, the Oopa cocktail, the spanikopita, and the toasted pita with dips. We wanted to try a dessert but were way too full so that's another thing for next time! :)

   I made a reservation here a week in advanced before my trip to visit the city. I was disappointed by a called I received 4 minutes before my reservation time telling me they needed to cancel my reservation because of the rain. I said “are you seriously telling me this 4 minutes before my reservation, we are outside, can we sit at the bar instead?” and I was told yes. so we sat at the bar and had a great drink and appetizer and ordered entrees. about 5 minutes later the manager came up to us and said we had to leave by 4:45 because of a private party . we were astonished by this because the host and both of the two bartenders did not tell us this information or we would not have stayed. So we were told we had to leave at 5 at the latest, we had to cancel our entrees and leave. it was a great location so we were sad that we weren’t able to fully experience it.

   I really wanted it to be better. It's a great location. The staff seemed new or poorly trained. The tables are near a private building exit and it was as busy as a subway stop with tenants coming through. Attention to the table ware was minimal and it took three inquiries to get our drink right. It has a lot of potential to be a destination, though I may not be back. Food was decent to good. Good spot to watch the sunset though.

   Beautiful location and gorgeous food. We all had seafood, which was delicious. Friendly and efficient staff and reasonable pricing.

   The food was absolutely amazing! The drinks were tasty. The ambiance was like a flower garden. The servers were pleasant and helpful. My birthday brunch was one of the best.

    Food was good, service was horrible. I love mezze and the location, but they could do such a better job. It seems like they have 100 bussers and 2 waiters. We were left empty handed for the entire second half of dinner as no one came to take our drink order, and then when our food was gone, someone came over and asked how everything is?? There wasn’t anything on the table? Anyways, it seemed like there was no competence in the service. We were also told that we had 10 minutes to leave towards the end of our dinner. Normally a restaurant shared your time slot with you BEFORE you sit down. View is amazing, battery park is amazing, food was good, but holy moly they could do such a better job with that prime of a location. Side note, whoever did the interior decorating and music needs to be fired, or hired at Disney World. I will be back because I love the view and area so much, but service needs serious improvement.
