   Outdoor seating was table right next to entrance so everyone entering passed our table too closely for comfort. Request to move wasn’t granted. It was otherwise quiet and comfortable noise level for conversation. Truffle fries were recommended but soggy and dark like cooking grease needed changed. Fettuccini was disappointing in flavor. Pizza was good.

   The perfect spice level for my linguini and clams. CynDi says the Golden Tile fish was great. Side dishes were different than menu but very good. It is a loud environment.

   We usually sit at the bar, but sat at table for a quieter friends dinner. Normally get the lasagne, but the mushroom pizza was fantastc and the pappardelle pasta was also a win.

    Wonderful dinner to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Food, service & restaurant ambience were great. Nice chocolate dessert to top it off. Busy for a Thursday night, glad we had reservations.

    10’s across the board with Service, Food, and Ambiance at perfection. Our server Rachel was thoughtful, well educated in the selections, and married our pace excellently. The chef prepared delectable offerings that we shared and to say we enjoyed would be an understatement. This restaurant is a must and we can’t wait to come back to the area to dine here. Thank you to the ML team. Bravo!

    One of my favorite beach restaurants. Food and service is very good. Ambience is nice as well. I usually sit in the main dining area, however, this time we sat in the bar area. It was very very loud.

    Mezza Luna is a high-end Italian restaurant tucked into a boutique shopping area in the Neptune Beach neighborhood of Jacksonville. The atmosphere is just where you'd want to go for a romantic dinner, a business meal, celebrate a milestone, or really impress someone. Candle-lit, soft lighting, white linen tablecloths... and that's just one of the rooms. Every room in Mezza Luna is a bit different; all of them are elegant, warm, & unique. Food is outstanding. There are the usual, popular suspects: lasagna, mussels, meatballs, calamari, of course, but there are also plenty of options for the more adventurous / experienced pallet. All of their pasta, sauces, etc is made in-house. We tried several dishes & appetizers; all were exquisite. Service is impeccable: attentive, but unobtrusive, friendly but quiet, accommodating without being fussy. Do yourself a favor & make reservations. The restaurant was full when I & my guests ate there. It would be a pity to visit Jacksonville & not be able to eat at Mezza Luna because you failed to make a reservation. Mezza Luna has my highest recommendation.

    Really tasty food. Atmosphere was nice. We sat in the bar so it was a bit noisy but that’s expected especially on a Friday. Kitchen was quick. Food was delish. Can’t wait to go back again.

    Visited for my gf's birthday, and Mezza Luna was the absolute best. Music in the bar was great. Hostess was great. Our server, Nam, was fun, thoughtful and attentive. And the food was simply amazing. I really can't say enough how much we enjoyed the experience. Highly, highly recommended.

    This was our third time, this time to celebrate Valentine's Day with friends. Dinner was excellent. Pacing was leisurely thanks to our attentive waitress. Although we reside in an hour away in Georgia, we will return.

    We sat in the patio seating, and it was wonderful. The main dining room looked completely packed but we had a wonderful table with a lot of space and noise level conducive to talking and actually being able to hear each other. The food was wonderful; we tried and shared several different things, it came out in a timely manner despite their being so busy, and was really all delicious. Our server was also very sweet and attentive. Also, the mussels appetizer was AMAZING! By far one of the best appetizers we have had in some time…and we love apps! Great experience!
