We had a wonderful anniversary dinner last night. We started with the Mezza salad; I had the short rib Ragu pasta, which was amazing. My husband had the meatball appetizer and the other half of my entrée because it was huge. For dessert we had the lemon cream Brulé which was very yummy. We enjoyed everything about our meal and will definitely go back when we are in town.

We love Mezza but my food lady night was really disappointing. I had the swordfish and quinoa cake which was the special. It was so incredibly dry. It seemed like it had been cooked early in the evening and left to sit so the fish was very over done and the quinoa cake was hard and completely dry. When I told the server the food was very dry. He responded with “ok”.

Outstanding meal and service. The Cacio e Pepe was the highlight. The bucatini were obviously home-made and memorable. The steaks were also a big hit with our group. We can’t wait to go back.

We dine there pretty much weekly. We love everything about it… The only tables I don’t like to sit at are the ones right next to the live music in the bar. But they always accommodate my request if given in advance.

Hadn’t been in over a year. the hostess was rude. the waiter was sweet, but was extremely slow to come to the table and check on anything. the food was extremely bland - four of us dined - the fish was “fishy” and bland. my steak was raw ( ordered medium well) and the risotto i icky. the two salmon orders BOTH people who ordered said it was overly bland and the portions were extremely small (of salmon). the only positive about the food was both th ebrussel sprouts and the buratta were very good. other that and the ambiance- very unimpressed. thank goodness our dining companions were great.

Take the option of outdoor seating. It’s much quieter. Our food was good, but not excellent. The arugula/goat cheese pizza I ordered was a disappointment. Georgia, our server, was fantastic.

Great place. The hostess was super helpful, professional, and friendly. The staff was inviting and friendly as well. The food was delicious and the chefs were accommodating as much as possible with a couple of diet restrictions.

Mezza is one of our most favorite restaurants. Last night was one of the very, very few times I was disappointed in the service and food. My wife and I both order soup but only my wife received hers until I reminded them that I ordered it as well. I order the duck special but initially received lasagna. The duck special was disappointing. It was served as two thick slices that were tough and with little flavor. Since it was served without skin I wish it had been served with sever thin slices instead of two thick chunks. I will say this is an extremely rare episode and Mezza remains one of my favorite eateries!
