Bazaar, Farm & Tasting Menu Experience with Chef Serhat Doğramacı Join Chef Serhat for a one-of-a-kind culinary adventure! Start the morning with a guided tour through the local bazaar, where you’ll choose 3 seasonal ingredients. Then, visit a nearby local farm to pick your own fresh produce directly from the source. These hand-picked ingredients will then be incorporated into your custom tasting menu at Mezra that evening or the day at your reservation. Giving you a personal, farm-to-table dining experience. Dining at Mezra – Please Note Mezra offers one seasonal tasting menu, consisting of 12–14 courses, which is included in the experience price. We do not offer vegan options. We can only accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies if communicated at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation. Drinks & Wine Pairing All drinks are excluded from the experience price. Guests may choose from our tasting wine pairing or select from our full beverage list. Drink preferences can be decided at the time of reservation or on-site during your visit. Thank you for your understanding as we focus on delivering a thoughtful and curated dining experience. 🕘 Bazaar & Farm Tour: Morning (Exact time & location shared upon confirmation) 🍽️ Dinner: Tasting menu featuring your selected ingredients 📍 Limited availability – Reservations required. Our bazaar and farm visits are only available on Wednesdays and Saturdays, but you can enjoy Mezra’s tasting menu any day of the week with a reservation. If your reservation is on Thursday, you will join the bazaar and farm visit on Wednesday, the day before. If your reservation is on Monday, your visit to the bazaar and farm will be on Saturday, two days prior. If your reservation is on Saturday or Wednesday your visit to he bazaar and the farm will be the same day. This allows us to incorporate the ingredients you pick into your personalized tasting menu—even if your dining day is different from the visit. Ingredient Selection: Each table is invited to choose 3 ingredients from the local bazaar and farm, which will be incorporated into your custom tasting menu that evening or the day at your reservation. Transportation: You can meet the chef and his team at the bazaar and farm independently or we can assist with transportation for an additional charge. Please let us know in advance if you would like us to arrange transportation or require any other assistance. Transportation is available for an additional charge This includes pick-up from your location, transport to the bazaar, local farm, and back to your pick-up point. In the evening, we will provide pick-up from your location to Mezra Yalıkavak, and then return you to your original pick-up location after dinner. Please let us know in advance if you would like to arrange transportation, so we can ensure everything is set for your experience.
