The food was great and the manager was super accommodating when the size of our party changed at the last minute. Not to mention, CAN NOT beat unlimited sangria or mimosas until 10pm every day.
Great food; cool vibe. Some months we went here for lunch and it was very crowded and loud, but the food was great. This time we grabbed dinner on a Sunday night and it was quiet and the food just as good as before. Highly recommend it.
Went for brunch with friend from out of town. The food wasn’t particularly standout, especially considering the price point. Avoid the pizza — small portion and not particularly interesting.
I’ve been here so many times. I do brunch a lot, however this might be a top 5 brunch in nyc. The food is amazing, the drinks are flowing, and our waiter Jose is the best. 5 out of 5.
Excellent food and drinks. Lively atmosphere but a little tight-the girl at the table next to us kept flipping her hair and whipping one of my friends with it.
Food was really bland and sub-par. No seasoning at all. Server was nice and attentive, drinks were decent, but I definitely won’t be back.
Overall I'm sad to say it was a disappointing experience. Despite our reservations for my dear friend's birthday, we were seated an hour after our scheduled time with no apologies or offered comps. The food came out in a completely different order than what we requested. The service was less than average for the price point of this restaurant. I would not recommend it.
The service was amazing ! Bottomless brunch was everything !
A friend and I stopped in for bottomless brunch on a sunday afternoon. It's pricey for the quality of food and portion sizes, and while they were attentive and refilled glasses as soon as they were empty, the "champagne" was either completely flat or watered down.
My friend had the avocado toast - it was $18 for 2 small pieces of toast with a jam-like serving of avocado spread on top. It looked like it had been prepared previously and had been sitting out, as the avo had started to brown.
I had the steak hash - while tasty, the portion was not worth the $22 price tag.
Best part about this place was the bartender and her throwback playlist.
My food (fried eggs with quinoa, avocado, and labneh) was pretty cold despite being served in a skillet. I guess I could have complained but at that point I just wanted to eat.
It was really noisy to the point where I could barely hear my friend and the waiter.
The portion was also super tiny - like 3 tablespoons of quinoa and less than half an avocado.
The lamb burger is amazing’!! The trio spread is also fantastic and bonus they have a great bottomless boozy brunch!
We arrived about 10 min late for our reservation, but our table was not ready anyway. We had to wait about 45 min for our table, standing up and very much in the way. They offered us some cheap shots in recompense. The manager made it seem like he was going to cover our unlimited mimosas, but instead he was only going to cover the first round. That does not make any sense!
I have to think that the food is the only reason why this place is still in business. As for the bottomless mimosas, they force you to cycle through all of their flavors. I told the waitress that one of them was too sweet, but she could not skip it because her manager would get upset. I had to chug the syrupy drink that I didn’t like just so that I could move on to the next when. Gross!
There are so many better options in this area for brunch. There is no justification for ever coming back here.
Great place for brunch, bottomless mimosas (exc!) Steak hash was perfect medium temperature (like I requested) and the rose water creme brulee was delicious!
It was a great time. The staff was amazing and the food was awesome.
I thought everything was great, however, I did not like how the waiter just dropped the check on us. He did not ask us if we needed or wanted anything else or if we even wanted the check.
I was greeted by the host informing me I was 6 minutes late and they would give away my table after 15 minutes if the rest of my party didn't show up. A couple minutes later when my friend arrived, the waitress let us know again that we were 10 minutes late. It turned me off to the whole experience.
It was generally a good experience. However, the service could’ve been better. They allowed 5 people to sit at the 4-top next to us which greatly impacted the space I had and my experience. It was clear that the server favored the girls next to us as he continued to give them drinks and didn’t ask what we might want. After our time was up they didn’t even ask if we wanted more, just brought the check and walked away - we were actually discussing ordering something else. For the most part I’m a great fan of Mezetto, so I’ll definitely be back, I just hope things will be different.
The noise level was so high that I had to scream at my companion to hear her. We finally just stopped talking. The food was good but it took way too long to come out. Ordered the hummus with pita as a start- it took them 20 minutes to bring it out.
Host and server were unnecessarily rude about seating us. Music was very loud and bad. Restaurant in general was uncomfortably loud. Food was excellent and service was fast.
Great food and nice Saturday brunch energetic atmosphere. Service was super great! We sat at the bar and bartender really made our mimosas bottomless! All staff are super nice. Definitely coming back for another amazing brunch.
It was the coldest day of the year and we were freezing our butts off because I guess they just couldn’t keep the place warm enough. Food was just great, the drinks were immaculate, the service was impeccable and we had a great time nevertheless. So when I whine about the cold you could probably just dismiss it as nitpicking.
It’s an adorable little restaurant. Our server/bartender Jose was friendly, fun, and is just absolutely fantastic at Manning the front of house.
I've been here twice for brunch and both times I loved it! The place is conveniently located right next to the train. It's on the smaller side but it creates a nice and cozy atmosphere. You never have to ask for another mimosa - they keep 'em coming. The food is ridiculously good! My favorite is their challah French toast. The hummus is also super rich and creamy. Overall, a great restaurant that every brunch fanatic should put on their bucket list.
We love mezetto
very convenient for the sunshine theatre which is just a block or two away. Really pleasant local restaurant with good food
Wait staff was very helpful and accommodating for my Moms no salt needs. The falafel sliders were delicious. Crowd is young and vibrant due to the drink deals - overall solid spot
LOVED IT! Went for brunch right before a tenement museum visit, excellent food and service.
Great brunch on Friday! Great waiter who kept the mimosas coming. Pizzas are small but delicious. Recommend the French toast!
Very nice ambiance and great food!! The service was excellent!
Great atmosphere, awesome boosy brunch and excellent service: they kept fillingour glasses.
