Celebrate Mother’s Day at Mezepotamia for lunch This Mother’s Day, bring the family together for a laid-back, delicious feast at Mezepotamia in Redfern. Start with a glass of bubbles on arrival for all mums, then enjoy a vibrant spread featuring: - House Pickles - Turkish Bread - Beetroot Dip – Roasted beetroot, grape molasses, goat cheese labneh - Muhammara Dip – Charred red peppers, pomegranate, breadcrumbs, walnuts - Imam Bayildi – Olive oil braised eggplant, banana prawns, onion, capsicums - Pastrami Croquette – Cured beef, green peppers, kaşar cheese, chilli aioli - Onion Dolma – Beef mince, cinnamon, currants, pinenuts - Kuzu Tandir – Slow-cooked lamb shoulder, orzo pilaf, pickled peppers - Fattoush Salad – Crispy leaves, radish, cucumber, lemon-garlic dressing, fried lavash - Kunefe – Kataifi, cardamom syrup, pistachio ice cream We’ve got the cooking covered, so you can just relax and enjoy. Plus, all mums will get a little surprise treat from us :). The set menu is for guests aged 10 and up. Children between 5 and 9 years old will have a special menu for $30 per kid, including bread, a choice of manti or chicken thigh fillet with orzo pasta, and ice cream. If you have any dietary needs, just let us know before booking, and we’ll sort it out.

Amazing food and really great service. We had very succulent lamb with twice cooked chat potatoes which were delicious. The service was phenomenal and staff very attentive. Highly recommend.

The banquet - enjoyed the beans and octopus dish, mince beef in roast onion and lamb with twice cooked potatoes. Weak watermelon spritz cocktail. Poached pear dessert more savoury than sweet. Pear too firm, served in a single small bowl difficult to cut between 2 diners. Lovely ambiance and staff.

What a great place! Delicious food, super friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Can especially recommend the octopus, onion dolma and the lamb skewers. Best dinner I’ve had in a long time!

Everything was delicious! Particularly loved chargrilled vegetables, double cooked potatoes, sardines, eggplant dip, turkish dumplings and lamb shish. Highly recommend!

Wonderful service & delicious food! The Octopus is a stand out, as well as the Margarita with Mastika! It’s a little on the pricer side for the portion sizes, but otherwise a lovely experience.

Great atmosphere, and delicious Turkish food with a good variety of dishes, including speciality dishes. I have dined both at the previous Leichardt location and the new Redfern location and had a great experience both times. I look forward to dining here again!
