Its our second time in and it was a pleasure again to dine here with friends. The service was really good and the food was good as well. We will be coming back. Our waiter/ server was really attentive and nice.
Meza is an extraordinary find. Tucked around a corner from New Broad St, this is not only Baldwin Park's best dining opportunity but about the best in all Central Florida.
Superb service and wonderfully prepared food, with a fine choice of wines, in a comfortable setting made for a terrific dinner out.
I almost don't want to recommend this place its such a hidden gem! We found this place by accident and could not believe how good it is. We've been back twice and it has yet to disappoint .
Food was excellent. Service attentive. Will definitely go back!
The restaurant is adorable and easily accessible. Food was delicious, great service and affordable. I highly recommend for various occasions.
The menu didn’t have a lot of options that I’m used to seeing at a Middle Eastern restaurant.....how can you not have shawarma or lamb shank? We had a bunch of small plates - eggplant caponata, dolmades, falafel, and the dip trio with hummus, tzatziki and baba ghannoug. Everything was ok, not bad but not great.....it all just lacked flavor. Service was very good and the ambiance was nice. I just wish it tasted a little more authentic.
I reserved a time, but it was never received by the restaurant. This delayed our being seated. They also had a restricted menu that night, but no mention of it until our server showed up. The crane cakes were cold in the middle, but the rest of our food was pretty good.
Valentine’s Day had fixed menu, gave us an opportunity to try some new menu items. 4 of us combined to try all of the offerings. Everybody was pleased, service good as usual. Beginning to be able to say consistently good as this is time #6!
This was our third time to Meza and it won’t be our last! Their charcoaled chicken breast is fantastic, with one of the best sauces I have ever tasted!
The servers have each been excellent on each visit and we are very pleased with the wine list and wine prices.
Sam is great. Chicken kabobs are fantastic! Not at all crowded. Great experience.
We were entertained by a belly dancer which was a nice touch to a good dinner with friends.
Great food. 2nd visit and just as good as I remembered! Great atmosphere, great staff!
Service was excellent, food was superb. Unexpected belly dancer show, wonderful. Will keep coming back.
Everything we ordered was exceptional! We had several appetizers - Meza, chicken and lamb dishes as entrees and Greek salad and Fatoush salad- we also had a variety of sweets - rice pudding was unbelievable.
The owner and chef was on top of his game in every way! It was our 3 rd time and will make it a weekly outing-
Excellent service as well!
Food was excellent. Great flavors and opt. Our server Aiden was very polite and professional. Will keep coming back.
Excellent food and great service! They are consistently good and a great addition to Baldwin area!
Our server Sam was stellar. Food was excellent. Will keep coming back
Meza is a welcome addition to Baldwin Park restaurants. Top-quality middle Eastern food - the falafel and tabbouleh are particularly good - with attentive service. The Lebanese house wine is also worth trying.
I live in Baldwin so was excited for another restaurant option with in walking distance to my residence. We visited on a Friday night, mainly because I had just read a review from our local well known food critic. We dined at 7 pm and I was a bit surprised that the restaurant wasn't a little busier though it became that way as our meal progressed. Appetizer humus was amazing as was the huge bowl of lentil soup (enough for all of us to have a sampling). I had one of the "reviewed" dishes and it was, I believe a mixed grill. Delicious, though I passed on the rice and asked for double vegetables. I did inquire about the fish of the day and was told their wasn't one - surprising since it's a new restaurant to not offer an item listed ON your menu. My husband had the vegetable tagine - it would have been better with the meat offering added. Our friends had a combo grill which was great and a shrimp and scallop dish that was just okay. Since they didn't have a fish of the day, I would say stay away from the seafood since that doesn't seem to be their emphasis. Service was good though I would love for our server to learn to "turn" the wine bottle at the end of a pour so as to not have little wine droplet all over the table. I will definitely go back - maybe lunch this time.
