This was the perfect spot for an early Friday night dinner with friends from out of town. Will definitely be back! Our server was phenomenal; he was so thorough in talking us through everything from cocktails to apps to mains. A new fave in Uptown!

Whenever I come to Dallas, I always go to Mexican Sugar. I’ve been to two locations And both were outstanding. I love it. Definitely recommend to everyone. The drinks, the food the service. The atmosphere are all a 10. My favorite thing on the menu is the pork chop!

This was our first time. The food was great! The service was friendly but lagging. It was our anniversary and they brought out dessert when we were leaving. We were already waiting 30 mins for the check. We tried to take it to go but it took too long so we had to leave it. Probably won’t be back for an anniversary or special occasion…….we have found better places for that.

Very good Mexican food. Good quality & flavor. Unfortunately the restaurant was very warm and uncomfortable. Drinks were good but nothing unique or distinguishing. I would eat here again and recommend it for Mexican fare.

Cool uptown vibe. Great patio upstairs. Food was better then most TexMex. Didn't love the salsa but otherwise really good. It was a slow Sunday evening when we visited. Our server was super slow to the point of frustrating.
