My colleague and I enjoyed a good lunch with GREAT SERVICE!

Everyone was super friendly and put us at ease for our first time back in a restaurant.

by choice, we sat in the tent, hence the lower rating on ambience. Food has excellent, as we’ve always found with Mex.

It was a little weird because or Rona, but nice to get out. Classico margarita with Anejo and kale salad always a winning combo!

I love Mex and I really liked how they used their parking lot to add outside seating. They did a great job addressing the new social distancing regulations.

I have to say with all the things going on with the potential health scare and virus - they were super clean, everyone wore gloves, cleaning tables and were very aware of health. Our Server Sam was absolutely AMAZING! She was so attentive and had great advice for food suggestions and overall was super pleasant. She was the brightest spot in the experience and would come back and request her anytime! They should give her a special point of recognition since she boosted our overall experience 100%

Mex is always great. Never disappoints

Service was friendly but slow. There were 5 of us and we were sat in the bar area.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday at MEX. Our party had some elderly family members that had a wonderful time. The food was not too spicy for them although they had some fun trying some hot sauces from the sauce wall. Our server was perfect. I have a food allergy and she fixed everything with a smile. Everything was great.

I made a reservation weeks ago and we still waited almost 40 minutes to sit down. The hostess was not friendly which definitely did not help. Eventually we sat down. Service was extremely slow but our waiter was nice and apologetic. Would not come back for dinner knowing that reservations don’t seem to matter.

Food was great! However, service was absolutely terrible. I had a large party of people and I’m not sure if our waitress was new but she was very quiet and was not helpful. The manager was very nice. However, I don’t think I will go back because it was over a 2 and a half hour ordeal.

I had multiple servers during my time and the food took longer than normal to arrive. My queso was lukewarm and congealed quickly.

Our server was very nice as well as the manager however the food took a very long time. We were in no rush and it ended up being very tasty :)

Good food and drinks but service was not great.

Waitress was non existent, except for when it came to the check. We had to go to the bar for a second drink because she never reappeared.

Food and drinks were amazing! Service was awful! And it wasn’t because the waitress was bad it was because she had way too many tables and couldn’t keep up. It took us three hours to have dinner one drink and pay. Won’t be going back.

First time at Mex. Pricey for Mexican. $12 for a margarita? A little much. But it WAS a good one. Chicken enchilada casserole was very tasty. Waitress asked us if we wanted chips salsa and guacamole and neglected to tell us it was $16. She has zero personality and could have been more helpful.

Mex was a good place to meet our friends. The food was good but we were a little disappointed in the menu and selections. We found out later that the people next to us ordered what we have gotten before, a design-your-own salad, which we have gotten for lunch but assumed it wasn't available for dinner. Next time, we'd like to order that.

Ordered. Waited. Presented with a plate resembling charcoal. Carnita’s burned through and through. How this was plated let alone served is beyond me. Close to a half hour later, after my husband finished his meal, mine was re served with decent main course with ice cold original side dish of beans. Those were returned reheated and the meal was finished. Comp’ing dessert does not cover for this horrible display. Our server did what she could to correct others’ mistakes.

Great place to meet up with friends. Good food. Many choices and Mex offers healthy options as well as traditional Mexican food. All very tasty as are their margaritas! Mex never disappoints.

Always good food, just a little pricey for Mexican... it we keep coming back!

The food, drinks and service were good. The decor is amazing and the atmosphere is fun! We’ll go back.

Our waitress was wonderful and attentive. they always refill the chips!

4 people out of party had horrible food. For example I emphased to waiter that I could not have egg on salad, I told him to star it. I also asked for dressing on side. My salad had egg throughout so I could only eat shrimp on it. Other people’s food was cold. We waited for a long time for food and had to rush to eat. The waiter called manager over and she did take off 4 of 8 meals. We have been there before and appreciate the manager but not sure we will try again. Several of your restaurants but very disappointed . You have to be aware especially when an food intolerance is involved

I was meeting a work colleagues for brunch and this was our first time visiting for brunch and the food was amazing!!! The service was phenomenal!

How does a Mexican restaurant run out of guacamole? There is a Nino Salvaggio's right across the street. They also ran out of flour tortillas. Also, the skinny margarita had sugar in it. The house margarita didn't. That does not make sense to me.

I've typically loved Mex in the past. For some reason they have changed their tamales and they are just not as good. Instead of having the chicken and other ingredients inside of the tamale, the chicken is on top of the tamales. Just not as good as their original tamales and I was really disappointed when my dinner came out to see a bunch of chicken, crema, and other stuff placed on top of tamale.

We have not been to MEX for a while and the furniture looked different. However, the great food and service were still fully in place and we had a nice Sunday Brunch.

Second visit. Food was outstanding! Highly recommend the chicken fajitas! Seated immediately upon arrival and waited over 10 minutes for our server to arrive at the table. Both tables seated after us received their appetizer and drinks before our server arrived.

I have been to Mex before and really enjoyed my experience, so I chose to return with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday. Upon arriving to the restaurant, we were seated right away (with a reservation), however, we were put in the corner of the restaurant at an extremely dark table. There were no lights near by, and after asking if there was anything that could be done, I was told it was just a dark spot in the restaurant. This definitely killed the ambiance of the experience, it was like sitting in a dark room having dinner.
It was also very hard to track down our waitress, and it took 45 minutes of sitting at our table to get our drink order, at which point we were all starving and quite frustrated. Upon ordering, there were some miscommunications about the menu and what options were vegetarian/vegan, which made things quite confusing.
Our food did come out quickly after our drinks, and was correct and decently good, however we had already been at the restaurant for over an hour before we were served. Tracking down our waitress to pay and get to-go boxes was also very difficult, and we were late for our plans after dinner.
I was very disappointed by my experience, especially since I have had good experiences before and it is held in high regard by friends who eat there often. In my opinion, it was not worth the cost of the meal.

Honestly, disappointed in food quality

Fun decor, very night of the dead Mexican theme with shabby chic (but nice) casual seating. GreaT Mexican food but definitely not run of the mill tacos. Very interesting pairing of food, great drinks - great value too. Always come back when we come back into town.

Service was extremely poor. The waitstaff did not come to our table for 25 minutes after being seated. No water, no menu, no greeting. Unsatisfactory.
