   Disgusting on your part that they knew nothing about a reservation. they told me we are not associated with OPEN TABLE Please don't disappoint people, by walking in there and they say WHAT reservation. Sorry I will not give you a valid rating. LIVE AND LEARN!!!!!

   The food was wonderful it reminded me of eating in a little gasthaus in Germany. I had the Parisian Schnitzel it was very good, lightly breaded and very tasty. My wife had the Hungarian Goulash, the beef was very tender, the dish over all was great. The portions were very generous. To finish off the evening we had their apple strudel, very good, the pastry was excellent and the apples were nice with a little tartness, it wasn't overly sweet. Definitely would go back. The service was also very good.

   The service was okay, everything we ordered arrived in good timing, but the schnitzels were very salty.

   The service was slow, wait staff was inattentive. The waiter constantly complined that he had a long hard day and "now I have to take care of two rooms " Food presentation was poor

   I had made reservations the morning of our dinner but when we got there, they had no record of our reservation. They said it had to be made no sooner than 24 hrs. That being the case, we had to sit way in the back. I was not impressed!

   The meal was fantastic. Quick friendly service. The meal has many options and the portions are fantastic. I will be returning with my family in the near future.

   The food was very good. Our waitress should not be in the hospitality business. She was dismissive when one person asked for an certain condiment, and the list of beers available, she took our order then someone delivered the food. We asked for more hot water for tea water and never say her again. Someone else came to take payment. It is too bad because we liked the food.

   Best schnitzel ever! Better than the Germany pavilion at Disneyworld! Great service! Good value!

    We had a very enjoyable meal at the Metro to celebrate my dad's 85th birthday. The food, as always, was amazing, and the service was very friendly and efficient. It certainly is the place to go for schnitzel in KW! The only drawback that I would mention is that some of the decor and tables/chairs etc. could stand to be updated or refreshed. However, the food is excellent and we will definitely visit again.
