Message in a Bottle and the restaurants at The Village Dunwoody are the vision of hospitality veteran and owner of Dash Hospitality Group, David Abes. Chef Camron Woods, Culinary Director for The Village, and along with Phil Handley, have created a thoughtful approach to the food & beverage selections. The bar menu features a mix of vibrant cocktails, beach beers, and complimentary wines. Start your dining experience with a Seafood Tower, Oysters Rockefeller or the Ceviche de la Día. The menu features a selection of the daily Fresh Catch, Crispy Seafood Platter, and Chef's famous Maine Lobster Pot Pie. The dining room has a fun beach vibe with nautical decor and other seating options include the Raw Bar, Screened Porch, or Private Dining Room.

    Oysters fresh, but insipid. It's obviously not the item to choose in this season.

    It was really loud. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Wish the corn hush puppies had at least been warm instead of cold. The scallops specia and the blackened fish sandwich were good.

    All the food and drinks were amazing and we had a great time. Time between ordering a drink and receiving it was a little long in my opinion…. But wasn’t too bad. I was done with my entree before my 2nd drink came which I ordered before the food showed up. Perhaps the bar was just packed with Matt Ryan being there that night!

    I like this place a lot. Service at the bar is great, food is tasty and abundant and prices are very reasonable. It was not crowded last night and the noise was not there. I highly recommend it.

    We were celebrating a birthday and wanted to try the lobster roll & half-priced wine on Sundays. The lobster roll had too much dressing for us and they don't offer the hot buttered Connecticut version. The wine deal was great. But the best part of the experience was our server, Paige S. One of the best service experiences we've had in Metro Atlanta!

    When Message opened, I went right away and LOVED it, the food was amazing and the service impeccable. However, the menu change with taking away the two options for preparation of your fish is sorely missed. Please consider re-instating that fantastic menu option! The great news is that the service is still spectacular. Special note that Page is amazing!

    We enjoyed another delicious meal with our party of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids). We really like this restaurant. Last night they needed more servers as our young waitress was overwhelmed and there were a couple mistakes. She thanked us several times for our patience. The runners helped bring food and clean up. There did not appear to be a manager or anyone overseeing what was happening on a Sunday night that was moderately busy (not nearly full). At Bar(n) / Morty's there is always a supervisor / manager visible and in contact with the guests. Message in a Bottle needs to do the same. We'll be back as it's good food at an "upscale" price for a fun evening for those who can afford it. The service should be provided at the same level.
