I hadn't been to this place for years, but recently had little time pre-theatre...tapas and wine at the bar were outstanding and the servoce could not have been better.

Went after theater crowd had left so can’t really comment on noise level being as the place was fairly empty.. Service was excellent food was excellent price was reasonable.

The diners in our party were generally satisfied with the restaurant , food and service. My meal was just so so and the environment was very dated. I would return once more to try other dishes. I'll just say it wasn't an exciting experience and with so many other choices in NYC, this would not be at the top of my list.

I really enjoy eating at Meson Sevilla when we are in the area. We go for the tapas which are really very good, especially the cod croquettas and the shrimp with garlic. I was disappointed by the patatas bravas on this last visit. Traditionally, they should be crispy on the outside, creamy inside and served with a spicy sauce. These failed in all respects. But everything else was delicious, the service was excellent and they were well-experienced to get us out win time for the play.

Service was ok - except that one person in our party didn’t receive his entre untill 15 minutes after the rest. We all had to give some of our food to him while he waited. The seafood was good - paella was a little salty but still tasty. Large portions to take home for another meal. We got out in plenty of time to make the show at 8 with a 6 pm reservation.

We spent a Valentines Day early evening at this delightful Spanish restaurant in Restaurant Row. Four tapas. A bottle of Marquez Aldeanueva rojias plus desert lasted comfortably through 2 hours of conversation. Crab cakes with a roumillade sauce, olives, pulpo a la Galencia, and Queso Con Membrillo were all delightful. Desert was Crema Catalans (described by the waiter as “Spanish cream brûlée”) was an unexpected pleasure, soft and very creamy with just the right touch of orange.
