Always delightful!

20 minute wait beyond our reservation for an outside table, but worth threat dive the view was beautiful. Excellent, friendly service and delicious food.

Food is always really good!

The patio at Masero is the best in the area, hands down. Food is decently priced and above average in quality. But it is Tex-Mex geared towards gringos, so don't expect authenticity or an overabundance of flavor.

My only gripe was the slow service. It took us 30 minutes to tab out during a business lunch, and I did not appreciate waiting longer than needed.

Loved our meal. We made reservations for the patio and received two confirmations. When we arrived 10 minutes early we were told that the patio is "first come first serve". They why did I receive two confirmations for a patio table? That was our only issue. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. REMINDER: the patio is First Come First Served......no reservations for the patio, according to the hostess.

Always consistent. Always clean. Great staff. I was concerned that things would go downhill after Mico (founder) was booted by his partners for using mesero as his personal piggy bank.

We had great attention from our waiter. Coffee was outstanding and mimosas were wonderful. Brunch menu was delicious 😄

We made a reservation for their patio, but once we arrived we were told that they were "doing one-hour seatings because they had too many reservations." No prior warning, they just sprung that on us when we got there. Unacceptable. I'm happy for them that there's a lot of demand, but since when is it acceptable to give customers a reduced experience because the management is greedy?

Great service with Anderson as our waiter!! He did a fantastic job and is obviously well trained. Hats off to Ish for managing this restaurant so well. Food was delish as always!

Always outstanding. Great service, great, friendly and efficient front desk assistance. Food and drinks were great and Mesero Prestonwood patio has to be in the top 5 of Dallas. Beautiful especially just before and after sunset.

Fabulous restaurant! They were busy but managed outside tables very well and we had a great dinner!!

The food and drinks are always top-notch at Mesero. Dining outside is a plus when the weather permits. Our waitperson took a long time to get to our table initially (10 minutes) but was sufficiently attentive and timely after that.

i asked if there was heaters outside and they said yes so when we went outside they said the heaters next to our table were both out of order and they can’t bring any other heaters over. we didn’t get napkins or silverware till our entrees came out after asking twice. food was good, put that it was a birthday dinner in our reservation, wore a birthday headband and my birthday was not mentioned once by a host or our server, i was told not to go here but i wanted to give it a chance but i don’t recommend and i will not be returning

Beautiful patio for a nice spring day! Massel was a fabulous server. Her suggestions were divine! The shrimp ceviche was so delicious!

Patio was great for brunch. Great food and service as always.

Food was great as usual and we enjoyed our visit. My margarita seemed a little off, like an ingredient was missing. They are usually very good. I regret not mentioning it to our server. She was very attentive. I have enjoyed margaritas in the past here. I had another cocktail (The Froze) that I really enjoyed.

It was too loud. The music etc. was too much for us. The food is good and it's great if you sit outside.

The Cobb salad with chicken is my very favorite thing! Chips are thick and amazing! Our server was wonderful, and the guy who got me a “to-go” box also brought me extra dressing for my salad to take home. Very thoughtful! Wonderful lunch with old friends! Thank you!

The Mesero patio is one of my north Dallas area favorites. Staff is exceptional. Drinks are great!

Great food and service

The patio is beautiful, and the food was pretty good, but when you walk in, if you want to sit on the patio, they tell you you only have 1 hour. This is super anxiety inducing!!! Not a place to go relax and have drinks with friends, which is really disappointing given the views.
