Mesero - Inwood Village
Friday - Saturday 11:00am - 10:30pm
Hostess is the best! Always makes my family feel welcome.
This is our favorite Mexican food restaurant in Dallas!! The food is always delicious and the margaritas the best - especially the the Meserita and the El Santo. The waiters are all wonderful and friendly! Can't wait to go back.
Wonderful food. Everything I have eaten there has been very good. The seasoning/flavors are incredible. Family friendly. Definitely a return visit is on the horizon.
Server was better than excellent! Can’t remrmver her name, maybe Patita?
Great to meet clients! Wonderful meal and easy to carry on conversations and catch up. Clients were impressed too!
Always good food. Special mex and texmex. Great service. Very crowded and loud. Giant kid friendly vibe.
My friends and I went for dinner last Friday, September 7th, and the noise level was absolutely terrible! We couldn't converse without shouting! This was at 5:30 pm. I can only imagine how much worse the noise gets a bit later in the evening. The restaurant must address this!
they know how to run a restaurant. which is nice, since that's not always the case...
There was a noise level that made conversation impossible. The service was very slow. Food was great, salsas excellent. Recommended if you don’t like talking or hearing.
Too loud and service not great
This was my first visit to Mesero, but not the last. Great food and excellent service. A terrific find!
Always a solid meal and tremendous service. If you’re looking for a quiet spot this isn’t it - the dining area can be pretty noisy.
Always try to eat here when in Big D. Consistently good.
Great spot, consistently good.
Great food. Love getting 3 dips/salsas/guac with my chips. Like that the chips come in my own little refillable cup. Love that the dips are re-plenished. Food was great. I need the green beans recipe. Drink prices are a little expensive for me, but otherwise a great place. Have a reservation because it's packed - especially with families at dinnertime.
Love the food! It was hot in he restaurant.
Very good Mexican food. I had enchiladas and a bowl of tomato/chicken soup. Both were delicious. Nice service, and a pretty space. Recommended.
Really disappointing attempt at date night. We sat down, and each ordered a margarita and ordered ceviche to share for an appetizer. When our waiter came back with our margaritas, he took our order. A few minutes later, our ceviche came out. We asked for chips, and within 60 seconds of them being brought out, our entrees appeared, not even giving us a chance to have two bites of our appetizer and within 10 minutes of sitting down at the table. We came for a relaxing date night. We're not lingerers, but I don't think I should have to reach over my huge dinner plate to reach any of my appetizer that I wasn't given a chance to eat. My husband noticed he hadn't gotten the beans that were to come with his entree, so he requested them. The waiter said they were the beans that he (the waiter) had given to me on the plate with my tortillas, and proceeded to take the beans away from me and put them on my husband's plate. I don't know how much a tiny bowl of beans costs, but I can't imagine it's so much that the waiter can't bring my husband his own beans instead of making him eat the ones that were served to me and I've already had a bite of. The food was decent and if the service had been better and allowed us to enjoy our food, I would go back. Unfortunately based on our experience, I won't.
They were supposed to acknowledge a birthday for us on this visit, but forgot to do so until I asked - and then charged us for the slice of birthday cake.... we questioned it and they said yes they charge for that. Interesting - no one else does! So expensive for what you get - the drinks are so overpriced.
Thanks for a very special birthday brunch with our buddy Joe! The staff is amazing. The manager is outstanding and super friendly. Can’t wait to come back!
Food and service were great. Loved all but noise level. Difficult to enjoy conversation with friends.
I always have the shrimp Ceviche. We usually dine at the Beltline location and I like their preparation much better than Inwood because they do not put sauce over the top of the shrimp and avocado ceviche. That sauce to me killed the freshness of the dish. It literally ruined the dish for me.
There 3 hours with a girlfriend celebrating my BDay.Loved the 5 layer Leched cake! Staff never rushed us out.Everything was great!
We have had consistently good food and service here for two years. The signature drinks are excellent. The guacamole is simple, yet excellent. Their salsas are both unique and interesting as sides to their solidly dependable entrees. A bit loud with families at time, but worth looking past that challenge. We take friends here and know we will not be disappointed.
We love Mesero and go there frequently. The food and service are great!
Our very favorite Mexican food restaurant in Dallas! We love Mesero's! The food is always delicious and the margaritas amazing! Can't wait to go back.
This was our first time here. The food was awesome. The flavors exceptional and not hot spicey (great for someone like me who doesn't enjoy hot spicey food). The manager was friendly and couteous and made us feel at home. He was constantly wandering the floor and interacting with people explaining dishes and the flavors. We noted that he didn't ask us if the food was good, he asked us if the flavors were good! Beware the Brandon, it was strong! I noted on Open Table it was a birthday, but nothing was said about it when we arrived and I didn't say anything. It's a kid friendly place as families were abundant, which also meant the noise level was very high and we occassionally found ourselves shouting to be heard. Maybe if we'd gone later in the evening the noise wouldn't be so loud. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and we will be back.
Reliably good. Consistent very good food, service, ambiance and value.
As usual, a very good dining experience. Tried the chicken tacos for a change, and my only criticism is the corn tortillas were just a bit tough/hard. Would have preferred a softer, more tender tortilla for my tacos. Otherwise, fantastic meal.
Off to college dinner
Mesero has the best food! Today we had Chicken Breast over Cheese Grits, and Brisket Tacos, both delicious. This location has the best salsas. Great service.
We eat here often and always enjoy! This evening was LOUD.....
Excellent service and food
We always enjoy drinks and a meal at Mesero. Not just the 'run of the mill' Mexican; every dish I've selected there has been something special. Even the in-house made chips and three flavor salsas are both unique and tasty. Can't wait til my next visit with friends.
Good experience with my students! Would do it again.
Good food too noisy to be able to have conversation with friends.
Service and food were outstanding! Despite having OpenTable reservations we still had to wait but the service team was exceptional and we will return.
Super food! A little loud
Love Mesero's!! It is our favorite Mexican food restaurant in Dallas. Wonderful service. great food and amazing margaritas!
