Pachelli was a very attentive waiter, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was calming.
Horrible food and service, way overpriced.
It was a bit cold in the dining area. Service is good though. The greeter needs to learn some etiquette though.
Great place for a business meeting.
The ambiance at Mesa Street Grill is wonderful. Although the menu is not very lengthy, they do a great job on each item. The prices are a little higher than average for El Paso but not for other Texas cities. On our recent trip we had to wait quite a while for our entrees to arrive, but we were warned in advance that a very large party in the back room had just placed their orders. Otherwise the service was attentive and helpful. The restaurant is a great place for special occasions.
One of our most enjoyable experiences in El Paso. Upscale ambiance, outstanding menu selections, superb quality and service. Oscar was an outstanding waiter and his crepes suzettes tableside were devine! We have a new favorite!
Excellent food and service. Our server, Richard M. did a wonderful job and was very knowledgeable concerning the menu. He is very experienced, and it showed. We will certainly return.
Great meal and nice surroundings!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The food was very tasty. It took a while for staff to come by and take our drink order. The ambiance was wack. There was a snooty air about the place, though the staff seemed down to earth and the jalapeno poppers were delicious.
This is a nice restaurant with a nice atmosphere. The food is average while the price is extravagant. Therfore, the experience is mediocre.
The filet was excellent, just like Texas Roadhouse but twice as much with no sides.
the crab cake tasted more like green onions than crab.
The crab ravioli was better than spaghetti o's!
The best value was the beer from dead beach brewery.
We will likely return, but just at the bar.
Had a great Sunday night anniversary dinner. Very quiet and great atmosphere. Food was exceptional.
Great service. The food was very good and excellently prepared.
Great experience overall, our server was outstanding and the food was amazing.
Very nice in all aspects of service, food and atmosphere ✅
Food and the services were outstanding. It's one of my favorite El Paso restaurants.
Amazing food & service! We ordered a little of everything and it was magnificent. Our server, Richard, helped us out on the menu since it was our first time. I would 10/10 recommend!
Our experience was awesome!! We ate in the wine room and our server Richard was top notch. My wife and I have ate at many restaurants and what separates good from great restaurants is the customer service. Richard really made us feel appreciated, which now a days you rarely see in most restaurants. The banana foster is a must try!!!!
Amazing food and service. The wait staff was attentive and the food was prompt.
Wonderful meal. Food and ambience were great. They treated us very well for our anniversary.
Frankly I was extremely disappointed with the service. Food was exceptional, but lackluster service makes me question if I will return.
Felt like I had no server. It took too lomg to take any order and was desapointed with the food too what I wanted you didnt have.
Great experience. I was very pleased.
Very nice and accommodating to large groups. Served quality food. Friendly and attentive waitstaff. The price is reasonable.
Must eat the lamb rack!!!! Amazing
Will definitely go back
The food was excellent! The avocado grapefruit walnut salad was very fresh. The crab cake with mashed potato and asparagus was heavenly. It was worth every penny. We’re definitely going back.
Restaurant's food and service is almost always great, but online menu was not current so we ended up not eating there.
This is a restaurant that portrays itself as a white linen establishment without the white linen. I ordered the beef short ribs. The food was extremely salty. I informed the waiter of the problem with the food. He took the food away when I had over 50% of the food remaining on the plate to inform the chef and returned with nothing. We had already been at the restaurant for more than an hour. I was asked if I wanted something else. I said no. I was offered a complimentary ($9) desert for a $29 meal that even if I wanted to finish, I could not. In my opinion that’s poor customer service. I do not recommend this restaurant if you are expecting white linen service.
Service excellent as always. The dev ice tower lack of taste.
I went for the first time on Mothers day. We made a reservation just in case it was busy. We came in and waited less than 5 minutes. The host was attentive and friendly. We sat down and we were served water right away. Our actual waitress didn't come to our table until like 15 minutes later. So that was disappointing. We looked at the menu and to be honest there was5much of a selection, so for me that was also a bummer. I ordered a 13 Martin that tasted like there was absolutely no alcohol. We ordered our food, and it didn't come until an hour later. I wish I was exaggerating. The food tasted good, but I still dont think it was worth the $222.00 we spent on our meal. The portions were small and all of the sides you had to order separately and charged À la Cart for everything. No soup or salads came with the meal. We also ordered jala mari which was supposed to be the calamari with fried jalapeno pieces, but instead were served under French fries. I mean I suppose I wouldn't have minded so much if I was warned in advance, but for a fancy restaurant it was a little off putting to see fries under my calamari. In general the food was good. The waitress was nice, but not very attentive she did not come and check on us except for maybe once. I think wasn't so bad I think it was way overpriced for what you are getting and the guy that fills your water and the host were the only attentive and welcoming employees. If you have money to waste this is the place for you.
Bad service, waiter seemed to be upset for whatever reason. We were a party of 5 and 3 of us ordered the red chilaquiles, the tortilla was old very hard to chew. This happened during mother’s day brunch. Got a table on the patio because they said they were all booked when the restaurant was half way full. I could’ve had a better chilaquiles plate for less than half of the price at a hole in the wall restaurant. Very disappointing experience overall.
The biggest problem I had was from the waiter. I would like to have bread & butter served before the meal, he never brought nor offered us that and seemed to have a bit of an attitude. Here's the kicker, the rolls he brought were terrific, why was he hiding him, maybe he wanted them for himself. The Crab Cake I had with my Steak & Cake combo was probably the best crab cake I ever had.
Amazing !! Went for my 21st birthday. The food was outstanding !!
I’m not sure why this restaurant is so highly reviewed. We first sat on the patio, which smelled like sitting next to a table of smokers. I guess all the furniture and linens have been saturated for years by smoke without being deodorized. We tried to tolerate it for about 10 minutes, then asked to be moved inside as it was apparent the odor would affect our meals. Inside is pleasant enough, and the staff is kind. My wife scored her meal a 2/10. My meal tasted ok, but was tiny, the smallest portion size I’ve probably seen in any restaurant. The entree, side, and salad could have all easily fit in one hand, I was done in about 5 bites. Overall, I give Mesa Street Grill a 2-3/10, which is by far the worst restaurant I’ve tried on OpenTable, which usually has a wonderful selection of restaurants.
We’ve been back now 3 times in the last week. Great food great service super atmosphere.
The food was great--as was Dante, our server! Great work!
Poor service. Gave us wrong appetizer and still charged us for it. Could not make requested appetizer. Group of women sitting behind us got all the attention. Waiters were all over them, taking pictures etc... just a bad expensive experience.
I found my experience to be relaxing, flavorful , and pampered. This was our first time at this location. There was ample parking.
Date night with my wife and friends. As always Mesa Street delivered the best in service, quality and value. The ambiance is classy, yet relaxed. The bar selection includes tried and true favorites as well as newer twists. The menu has old favorites and new found treasures. Our service was better than expected! Highly recommend this location for all your dining out needs.
Everything about our experience was wonderful ! The food, service and setting were perfect! The best yet was when our waitress sang a song for my father as it was his 79th Birthday!!
Love it. Will keep going back
