Happy Hour – 4pm-7pm daily
Overall the experience was great, we had a large party and everyone had a great time. Food and drinks were delicious. The restaurant was not slammed however it took a long while to get drinks, we actually received the appetizers before the drinks. Once they arrived they were delicious and we ended up just ordering ahead to anticipate the lag. The food was amazing, and great flavor. It was sad that they had no octopus available as it was on my list to try. The guacamole and the chicharron are a must!! the queso was a little watery for my liking but still good. The mole is also a must, with a large party I saw over half the menu and we would definitely go back.
The service was just very slow and hard to get the servers attention. The food is mediocre. Really not impressed at all. Doesn’t help that parking at the Westin is terrible.
The food was great! However, the service could be improved. There were two tables in the whole restaurant while we were there for breakfast and it took a very long time to get service, both for ordering and then waiting for our food.
A wonderful restaurant to enjoy with friends and family!
We went on Christmas Day, the staff did their very best to take care of the patrons, but they were overwhelmed. The food SUCKS! Not trying to sugar coat it at all. The Westin needs to review these reviews on Yelp and OpenTable and do something about the food, that is if they want to succeed. Just gross! We will not go back and we will tell others not to go either, unfortunately.
Happy hour margaritas were great! The HH food was hit or miss. All in all I would only go back for the margs and flautas. It’s also odd that the servers can’t pronounce anything that’s in Spanish... which is 75% of the menu.
Our waitress, Lisa, was extremely distracted the whole time and was not capable of handling a party of ten. It took 15 minutes to get one drink- i finally went up to ask another associate and the drink had been sitting there on the bar. She also messed up several other orders and we ended up just tabbing out- she made us miss our shuttle so we had to reschedule.
When I placed the reservation I let them know that it was for a birthday. Nothing was done or even mentioned about it.
Something that 3 of us ate made us all sick as well- we believe it was the flautas, which are actually not flautas at all; They are taquitos.
Needless to say we will not be back to this restaurant, there are far too many better options within walking distance.
Great friendly staff. I ate there on Sunday morning. I had the oatmeal with roasted sweet potatoes and it was delicious. Only thing I didn't like was that they don't serve bloody Mary's or mimosas til 11. But the restaurant is beautiful and open. Great window views and staff.
The restaurant experience was great we liked the atmosphere and the look of everything. It was quiet that day which was great.
Very nice! Staff was super friendly and the food was great!
Over 2 days I had lunch, dinner and breakfast at this restaurant. Overall, food was good and service was good (neither was outstanding or terrible). Best food was at breakfast; huevos rancheros is an excellent dish. Chicken posole at lunch was very tasty and had a good amount of heat. Their tacos (one chicken, one fish) were just ok - not terribly flavorful. I had a half chicken wrap for dinner, as recommended by our waitress. Again, not really full of flavor.
Didn’t realize this was in the hotel but turned out alright. Good atmosphere and vibe to this location.
It was the worst restaurant experience. We came in celebrating my wife’s birthday and immediately met with we can not bring in a cake due to protocol. The gifts had to also be moved aside?? The restaurant was empty and the water was changed once for a table 12. Food was over salted. The manager asked us to complain to the supervisor and forced their contact info. The food came out and half the table got their food. Then 15 mins later the rest of the food showed up.
Pros: chips were good
Did not expect this from Westin...
Great service. Great food. Amazing elote.
Thank you for your review, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! We hope to see you again soon.
We arrived prior to a show at Toyota Music Factory and asked to be served quickly. There were 3 other tables in the restaurant seated. The hosted started us off and several others came with water, drinks, etc. We kept waiting for our water to come to the table and finally flagged down a server to ask her to get our server for us. She walked into the kitchen and back out and stood there. There was nothing going on and the staff was interacting with each other. Finally, we asked again and found that our waiter was not told we we had a show and the server we asked for help did nothing as well. It’s no wonder this place is empty! So sad, since the food was delicious and the drinks were very good too. Improve the management and the service, this place could do great. ** One comment - once the waiter was aware of our need to get expedited, he did get us taken care of and was very gracious.
I loved the atmosphere, however, the food leaves much to be desired.
I am aware that it is a fairly new restaraunt, so I am hoping they up their menu a bit!
I would love to return in the future, providing the food is better.
Nice. Casual. Friendly.

This place was great, it’s inside the Westin hotel so it’s somewhat secluded but definitely a great find!
Thank you for your review Jimmy! We are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! We hope to see you again soon.
This was easily the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The service was very slow and we made it evident we were in a hurry. When we finally got our food (an hour after ordering), it was inedible. I ordered the chicken tacos that were WAY too salty and the “wild rice” tasted like Uncle Ben’s 90 minute ready rice, but uncooked. I understand if a restaurant is busy the service can be slow, but there was hardly anyone there except our group of 6. This restaurant is also in the Westin hotel. You would assume a hotel that tends to have a reputable image would have a restaurant to match, but this was not the case. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy.
We assumed by going on opening week they would be staffed and ready. That was not the case... service was bad! Also the patio only accommodates parties of 2 and we had 4. Hopefully they get the service together because the food is excellent. Don’t see this restaurant staying in business if change doesn’t happen
Being big fans of mezcal, we went to grand opening. Service was warm and friendly. I anticipated some kinks, it was the first day after all. The service, waitress, was great. Our food took a little long but it was expected to a point and the time it took to come out is not unreasonable.
What soured the entire experience was the bar staff. They seemed to have zero pep in their step. My friend and I ordered a couple of drinks "neat" and it took at least 15 mins to finally have them served. The other problem was that prior to that my other friend had ordered a bloodybeer aka michelada. The lethargic cocktail server (woman) poured the michelada mix in a cold glass, seemed like it was good, all that was left was to get the beer and serve it. No, the glass was left on the counter for close to 10mins. Of course I'm seeing all this develop and knowing that the entire establishment had about 13 patrons made me walk up to the bar and almost cancel out the drink. She was forced to make another one. The main problem was the lethargy at the bar. It's like they didnt want to be there for the first day.
As I waited I also overheard another patron get flustered at having to request chilled glasses for a 4th time.
I will go back but maybe in a month when maybe the bar staff has been relocated. Food was really good, super nice presentation, great waitresses... lazy waitstaff.
