Mesa Grill Sedona is a southwest style grill serving breakfast, lunch and dinner daily as well as Brunch on the weekends. Our menu features numerous classics such as Eggs Benedict & Huevos Ranchers for breakfast, Carolina Pulled Pork Barbecue, Shrimp & Grits and Salmon Asada are some lunch-time favorites as well as Fish & Chips, St. Louis style Pork Ribs, hand-cut Steak & fresh Seafood for dinner. We feature vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices and offer a Doggie Menu for our furry friends which are welcome on our enclosed patio. We have a full bar and feature some amazing signature cocktails, local beers on tap and a fabulous selection of wines from around the world, all surrounded by the beautiful red rock of Sedona. There is an outdoor fire pit where you can enjoy the breathtaking views and a cocktail or do some amazing star gazing after dinner. Reservation Encouraged for all meal periods.

Very good food in a beautiful setting. They may have the best carne asada of all time. It’s also great to fly in and have lunch all while checking out all the other airport activities. That being said, the last three times the services has been horrible. Six months ago, the hostess was so rude and condescending to many people waiting or God forbid, anyone tried to politely ask a question. The last few times the servers were awful. Lately there is a taller guy with brown hair that is one of the rudest restaurant workers we have ever come across. The people at the table next to us were polite and asking to order ice tea and he said, “your server will be along when he gets to it”. They hadn’t received their drinks until after the table next to them were already enjoying their food after sitting down 5 minutes after the others arrived. It was 45 minutes of the same. No matter how good it is, at some point people will stop going and it is beginning to feel like that as it’s not been as busy as it used to be.

Excellent food and very friendly atmosphere with beautiful views. Staff is very good. Our server, Nico, was fantastic. He was very friendly and helpful with menu options. This was our second time dining at Mesa Grill and we will be back!

We love Mesa Grill and always try to have dinner there when we are in town. We were greeted by the General Manager at the door who gave us a warm welcome and was able to accommodate our seating preference. Christian was our waiter who was very knowledgeable regarding the menu, and I have to say guided us to tasty options. I selected a unique vegetarian dish that included perfectly grilled eggplant and portobello mushrooms resting on marinara along with goat cheese, pine nuts, and spinach. We also enjoyed the blackened salmon Caesar which was outstanding! The apple cherry cobbler, recommended by Christian, was a perfect end to our meal!

We have been so many times and we’re so excited to share the venue with our friends from out of the country, and it was not my best experience. Three out of four of us are celebrating our birthdays, and although it was acknowledged when we came in for our reservation, it wasn’t further acknowledged during the meal or after. Also, we came after sunset, which I assume was close to their closing because us and one other table were still eating, and they were stacking chairs, and rushing. Our experience could’ve been better if the server had asked if we were ready to put in our order when he brought our drinks and shortly our appetizer that I had ordered with the drinks Because we were ready, but he didn’t even ask, and we tried to catch him as he was walking away and he was onto something else. I’m thinking if our order was in earlier, we wouldn’t have felt so out of place when they tried to close the restaurant. Its a shame to really enjoy a restaurant and then take somebody because of that and have a bad experience. Might rethink going again

Flew over to a fairly quiet airport on this Sunday afternoon for a late lunch with a first time guest to Sedona’s Mesa Grill. Probably our fifth visit. Every single time the food and service has been wonderful. We can’t wait to come back!
