Excellent food and great wait staff
Awesome!! Loved everything!
Service from start to finish was excellent! Convenient to all parts of RI...
From service to drinks to appetizers to main courses, all were excellent!
Have not been to Meritage in a long time , but was happy to find that it was just as good as ever. Will be going back soon.
Great food and service as always. We enjoyed the wine tasting as well!!
We went to Meritage for the Wine Tasting - Stagg's Leap - 5 wine pours for $20. We had a few apps to go with it, and it made for a fun night. Server was great and they had good music playing in the background. The gentleman from Providence Beverage was knowledgeable on the wine and easy to talk to, coming by the table with each new tasting. Overall it was a fun night and I would recommend to a friend.
We were seated at the exact reservation time. The food was excellent and the service was too!
Food is always excellent, best mashed potatoes in the world. Excellent service. However, it gets a bit noisy.
Jammed packed this past Saturday! Popular bar crowd, special event room, and fine dining rooms. Wonderful food, great people that work there, always a good time weather we go with friends or just the 2 of us. Happy Hour menu is great as well as dinners. I can't say one bad word about this place.
Seated promptly upon arrival at reservation time. Ambiance great. Room comfortable. Our server visited our table quickly. Dylan was very knowledgeable about all things on menu including specials. He was enthusiastic and informative. Food was cooked to order and excellent. Overall experience was what we expected it to be...excellent!
We will be back!
Thought the special could have better or cheaper. Loved the appetizers.
Great ambience, friendly greeters and wait staff, and mouthwatering filet mignon and chicken teriyaki skewers. My one complaint is that the bread before the meal doesn't measure up to the rest of the menu at this fine restaurant. Please consider giving the bread a serous upgrade.
We eat here often. The food is great as well as the atmosphere.
A very nice spot for a Valentine's dinner. Music was soft enough to allow conversation but loud enough to be recognized and enjoyed. Lighting was a little low (which made reading the menu a bit of a challenge), but the selection was great, the food quality was outstanding, and the dessert pizza was a returning favorite.
Had a great time with incredible service! I asked the chef to prepare our steak the way he thought the steak should be cooked- He did an incredible job! Our waiter was amazing- friendly, timely with excellent suggestions. I consider Meritage to be the best restaurant in East Greenwich!
Husband and I headed out to Mertiage for Happy Hour, Packed as usual, for a more comfortable table we were seated in the dinning room. We were going to have H.H. menu until we found out lamp chops were on the menu!! Husband had them and said they were delicious, I had the Kabob trio which is shrimp, scallops and steak tips. I love that! Our server was Jen, she let us have a taste of the featured wine and it was so good we ordered a bottle. Pasqua if I remember correctly. I like that they do that, so you don't make a mistake ordering a different than usual picks of wine. From the hostess to the servers to the GM, everyone is so nice it makes for a very pleasant night out.
I have been to Meritage a handful of times, and I am yet to be disappointed. The drinks are fun, and plentiful, and the menu leaves little to be desired. Some of the meals are pricier than others, but the food is well worth it!
Another great meal at Meritage. My friends and I had a wonderful evening. Our meals were really great. I was however a bit disappointed that there was only one chicken dish on the menu. Not sure way there was a lot of fish and meat. I used to love chicken Gorgonzola and Tuscany chicken...both gone...our server was excellent!!!
We were encouraged to try Meritage because if a special offer we got to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We are familiar with their two sister restaurants in Seekonk and Pawtucket and have always enjoyed the meals there. We were certainly not disappointed with Meritage. The ambiance was nice, the service was attentive and the food was excellent. My wife had the Chilean Sea Bass, a meal not available in too many restaurants and loved it. I had pork tenderloin that was wonderfully seasoned with interesting sides.
It’s not a convenient place for us to get to, but we will probably return
Always enjoyed having dinner, great food and drinks.
A regular stop for us. Always good food and friendly service. Our server, Dillon, is a real asset to this restaurant. Very menu knowledgeable and courteous. Anxious to go back.
Stopped in on a tuesday for the 2 for $24/ea menu. There were plenty of selections to choose from and something for any taste. I ordered the spinach and radish salad as a starter which was huge to say the least. The ingredients were well portioned so there was plenty of everything in the salad making sure all the flavors were coming through. For my entree I went with the Pork Medallions Gratin which was delish. Perfect portion size served with mash and veggies. Best part being there was plenty of sauce to cover all of the medallions but not drowning in it. Delish!! My guest got the caesar salad which was also big along with the lobster cardinal. That dish had plenty of seafood in good sized pieces (some places are stingy) mixed with the pasta making for a hearty dish. Plenty to take home. Had no room for dessert but they offer both edible desserts and alcoholic beverage desserts all of which sounded great. Saw more items on the regular menu that I can’t wait to go back and try. Our server was knowledgable and attentive. Overall a great experience.
Perfect in every way. My favorite spot. Service and food never lets us down.
Husband and I went to Meritage Saturday night for Restaurant Week. It was packed. We were greeted by Amanda and Sarah and the GM Dave. We had reservations but had to wait about 10 min. for our table to be ready. I think Meritage is quite crowded (more than usual,But it's always busy) because they offer many selections for Restaurant Week. My Husband had the new fish dish and I had the Clams Portuguese. Shrimp cocktail and grilled clams for apps, and gelato and I tried the smaller version of the dessert pizza. It was great! Our server was Jen who does such a great job and makes our experience so nice. Everyone that works there is happy so that says a lot about a place! Our food was delicious and leaving we get a friendly greeting as well.
Tried Meritage for the first time during Restaurant Week. Outstanding appetizers and entrees. Will definitely be back again.
We went for restaurant week, enjoyed some amazing food for a great value. The service was exceptional. Also their sangria is amazing!
Always good the perfect place to go for any occaision
Went for restaurant week. Great choices and they even allowed some modifications to the menu. Dinner was delicious!
Great Restaurant Week menu!! Appetizers, entrees and desserts were delicious. Service was excellent. Our waitress was so helpful. The tables are spaced far enough apart to be able to enjoy a quiet conversation. A very enjoyable place to spend an evening.
Always consistent in every way. Great service. Love the buffalo chicken skewers.
The food was incredible and the service was outstanding!
The food was better than we've ever had. The special drink was great. Most of all the server was above and beyond excellent.
Still one of my favorite places to dine!! The service was very accommodating, the food was excellent and always served hot and fresh.
I have been going to Meritage for years. I am always a fan of the Sesame Tuna Appetizer. I love the Margarita's ! I love the friendliness of the staff. We were greeted with smiles. I look forward to many more years of great food and service.
Took 2 out of state coworkers here. (I’m here frequently) They absolutely LOVED the food. We happened to be there for restaurant week (unexpected). The food was fantastic as well as the price.
Date night with husband was enhanced by being seated next to the beautiful gas fireplace. The food was delicious, drinks tasty and service very good. The dining room was relatively quiet, the bar area much busier. I know from previous visits that Meritage has great weekday deals during happy hour. Before we left restaurant the manager came to our table to thank us for dining at the Meritage. Very nice touch!!!
Once again, absolutely delicious and perfect! Great waitstaff and wonderful Sunday night offer with the bottle of wine with the purchase of two entrees. No one can surpass Meritage's restaurant menu as well as the Sunday night wine deal!
Everything was great from the time we walked in to the time we left. We were greeted with great service and our waitress was amazing. The food and drinks were very good as well. I would definitely come back I haven't had that much of a pleasant time at a restaurant in a long time it was very nice to experience.
