Mercury Chophouse - Arlington
Great service! Clint was engaged and delightful. He is an asset to their restaurant.
This was a Valentine’s Day dinner. All couples were seated at the back of the restaurant too close to each other. Could not talk without everyone hearing your conversation. We were seated on the isle and near the wait staff table. The food was excellent and the waiter was great. Will not go on a holiday again.
Service was good. Food was very good. This may seem an odd comment, but the booth-style seat by our table had a seam that was uncomfortable given where the table was situated. Overall, very good experience. We'll certainly return.
Very good food, presented well. The service was excellent, attentive but not overbearing. The atmosphere was nice with great views. The piano music and singing was great also.
Best service and atmosphere is amazing. Had a nice quiet dinner. A bit on the high side of price but well worth every penny.
I enjoyed the evening at the restaurant but the steaks lacked flavor compared to other restaurants of similar price and product. Service was great and the rest of the meal was as expected
Lobster and steak were excellent.
We've eaten at Mercury Chop House location in downtown Ft Worth many, many times; we know Zac personally . . . this was our first visit to the Arlington location and we loved everything about the experience, with the exception of the incredibly poor service. We waited 30 minutes to speak to our server after getting a $175 bottle of wine. We then ordered salads/appetizers, along with the main courses. Two of the appetizers finally arrived, again after a long wait; never received the other two. The Manager was engaged and he promptly provided all appetizers at no charge. This is not up to Chop House standards . . .
Excellent Service and Food. Never disappointed at this fine restaurant.
The food quality and variety were excellent. I happened to chose the Chicken Cordon Bleu. It was magnificent.
My wife and I really enjoyed our time at the Mercury Chophouse. No complaints. Just good time and great food.
The food was very good. I haven't been to this restaurant in years. I was very impressed. I will be going back -- that's for sure.
Fantastic food! Service was quick and impeccable. Quiet atmosphere for conversation. Easy parking and access
I took my daughter for her birthday and it was the best present ever! We enjoyed ourselves and it was worth driving almost five hours.
El Dorado, AR.
Not sure if this was our waitress' first night but at each ordering - drinks, wine, appetizers, entrée and dessert I had to repeat my requests numerous times.
My wife's risotto was like gum paste and the waitress delivered the final bill at the same time as the dessert!
Felt rushed the entire meal.
Won't be back....
I took my g/f here for our 3 year anniversary & they made it spectacular, definitely will be back to try the other recommended dishes there & our waiter did a great job throughout our time time!!! Great service, Mercury Chop House in Arlington, Tx.
Our waiter Jorge was wonderful, attentive and very helpful. The food was terrific.
Made a reservation several days in advance, indicating a special occasion. Arrived on time. Got seated way in the back next to where the servers congregated.
Birthday celebration. Excellent service
Went for our anniversary. The food and service was outstanding!
The service was just okay considering the restaurant only had 4 tables when we visited for lunch. The Zak salad with crabmeat and 2 large shrimp was delicious but the beef stroganoff was fatty. I put at least 5 pieces of small beef on the side of the plate as it was all fat.
Wonderful service. Best high quality steaks in Arlington. Great view at the top of a taller building.
Exquisite restaurant. In my opinion, the most prestigious restaurant in Arlington. Beautiful ambiance and a view from the 9th floor. I would highly recommend this restaurant with confidence.
The Mercury Chophouse in Arlington, Texas was a great choice for a nice quite dinner with friends. The location was nice, as we had a great view of the Six Flags area from nine floors up. The food was great and the service was excellent.
All was very nice. You can have a nice dinner here without it being too expensive or you can go for the alacarte steaks and run up a pretty good bill.
Food quality and preparation was good.
Seated upon arrival with a spacious view of the Arlington Entertainment Center, excellent service, excellent food and drinks.
Took some friends with us. The other couple just found out they were expecting a new arrival to the family. Restaurant did great job of recognizing this and brought out a special desert for her. Food was very good. Both girls had the filet, the other gentleman had the New York strip, and I had the ribeye. Every steak was cooked exactly as ordered.
Restaurant was nice. Food was good, a bit pricey, but overall nice. Restrooms were awful. Dirty and not consistent with the restaurant and high end ambiance.
Food and service is always perfect. We went on New Years Eve. The restaurant was very crowded, but it didn't impact the quality of food or service. Great place to eat in Arlington.
The staff was outstanding. First table was not agreeable to us they moved us to a table with a beautiful view. Food and service was outstanding. We will differently be back.
Restaurant was not at all crowded and we were seated at a 'baby table' about 36" sq. Had to put our water, bread, etc. on a window sill. Why seat a couple at such an uncomfortable table?
Had a great date night here! Food was delicious and the restaurant was gorgeous.
Food excellent. Service excellent. Enjoyed dinner very much. Great for special occasions as it is pricy but we expected that.
Lovely views.......The waiter seemed to miss afew beats for a restaurant of that caliber ( brought my husband the wrong soup, brought our friend's salad before her entre- even though she had requested them at the same time). Piano player wasn't very good......when I can hear the mistakes- that's too many.
Christmas Lunch - Good Selections, Great Food and Superb Service
We went for the first time on Christmas Day. We were very pleased with everything. Great views, fantastic service and some of the best food I have ever had. Not sure you will find a better wine menu in the area.
We love the new decor of Mercury Chophouse! Every table has a great view. Tables are MUCH too close on the lower level but it’s ok if there aren’t people by you.
The prime rib was spot on!! Nice size and cooked to perfection!
Potatoes .....dry....needs gravy to add flavor and creaminess. Just some good butter with salt and pepper would help.
Turkey had great flavor and was moist.
Apple cobbler was just amazing!!!! Flavors blended perfectly and melted in your mouth!
Dressing....oh my....don’t try to get creative...just make some moist, flavorful dressing. The dressing was bread cubes that were soggy and no flavor.
Service is amazing!! Staff is well trained, friendly and accommodating!!! Just perfect!!
Atmosphere (view) and service from Cathy and Clint were outstanding. The food (for the price) was average. On our anniversary, my wife had the surf and turf which was excellent. The sea bass was a bit disappointing...not enough lemon and butter sauce, almost underdone (not flakey throughout), and the shrimp were overcooked. The corn risotto, however, was excellent. I will try a steak next time.
Food and service was terrific. Slighly overpriced, but worth it
First time in the new restaurant. Awesome views of Arlington. We had the Moroccan Cigars to start. The flavor was wonderful. Dirty martinis were mixed well I was able to order a half portion of the wedge salad and it could have easily been split between two people. Lobster and cheese ravioli was divine. The round loaf of bread that accompanied the meal was the perfect amount of crustiness outside and softness I side. My husband had the Cowboy ribeye. As a longtime steak man he said his was cooked perfectly and flavored very well. He ordered a baked potato to accompany the steak. Nothing wrong the loaded potato but I think I would have chosen a different side for the price of $9.50. It was our anniversary and the staff wished us well and brought complimentary strawberry shortcake dessert. We both had said we were too full but it was too yummy to pass up.
