While we enjoyed the food, I felt like we were treated as second class citizens. I informed the host that we were only going to be 3 instead of 4 people, so we were escorted to a low "cocktail" table near the bar. My husband complained that there was not enough room for 3 adults to eat, and so we were sent to another table which was also tight even though there were plenty of 4 tops nearby and which stayed open during our entire dinner. Even though it was obvious that we did not like being squeezed into this corner table, nobody seemed to care. I want to mention that we were not walk-ins, but had a prior reservation.

Unfortunately the scallops were very bland and the lentils were also underseasoned and undercooked. Adding more seasoning could have transformed this dish.

While the food was good, the service was incredibly poor. My water glass was empty for a very long time and it took over 10 minutes for our entree plates to be cleared. There were similar delays with dessert. It seemed like the restaurant was short-staffed. Also, for anyone with a nut allergy, please note that the veal entree had walnuts (no mention of that on the menu or by the server)

The ambience is nice for a Sunday brunch but the food is just mediocre. The location is super convenient so I will likely go back again.

We don’t get to go out much so we were really looking forward to this restaurant which came highly recommended. I’m not sure if our server, who said his name was Marshall after being asked, was in a bad mood or having a bad night, but he acted annoyed and was rude from the start. We ordered a bunch of appetizers including the artichoke which a few of us were thrilled to see on the menu. Unfortunately, it came to the table very undercooked. We had to send it back, which I hate to do, but it was very hard to eat. When we explained this to Marshall, he didn’t say anything & just took it away. A little while later, someone else brought over another artichoke, but it was cooked the same way and we couldn’t eat that one either. The other food we ordered was delicious-the carpaccio especially. We ordered a bunch of different entrees since there were 6 of us and we wanted to try different things. We ordered a couple of ribeyes, and asked if we could have it sliced so we could all try it along with some other food we had ordered. Marshall ignored what we asked after we explained twice what we wanted, and instead only 4 of us got steak that was cut up into fourths. There were 6 of us, so I’m not sure why he did that but he only gave 4 of us steak knives, and we had to ask multiple times for the rest of us which someone else brought over after we asked them. We asked for them to be cooked medium rare, and they came out very rare but some of us ate them anyway because we had already had such a bad experience and didn’t want to wait any longer since we already had the other food. I feel extremely disappointed because most of the food we had was very good and I loved the atmosphere, but the service just ruined it for us. Needless to say, none of us will be back again.

Our food was good but the waiter literally never came back to ask if we would like another drink over the course of 2.5 hours. He also spilled water on the table. I wouldn’t go again considering all the options in the area.

Always a favorite lunch spot for our family, 10 years running. Food is excellent.
Hostess crew was dismal this visit.
Utterly unprofessional and immature.
Did not seem to care at all that we sat down 35 minutes after our reservation time.
Too cool for school.
