Very nice outdoor poolside dining. Food was very good, especially the pizza from the outdoor pizza oven. Great value, not too expensive.

Didn’t seem to have as many “Italian” items, save for the pizza menu. Still, very good food. It was a little challenging getting to, especially with a lack of signage in the hotel.

I had a great dinner experience. Our reservation was for a later time so the waiter was a little reluctant to pick up our table but he eventually came around. The Chef sent complimentary dessert to our table. I thought that was so awesome. Im definitely going back again!

Wanted an outdoor ambiance with a resort feel

I love this place!! It’s so romantic and it feels like you are on vacation. I love the hotel decor (Old Hollywood). You’d expect to pay more for such delicious food in a hotel setting.

During my first experience experience a couple of weeks ago I found hair in my food. My friend wanted to go so I give them a second chance. This time was even worse. They were closing the kitchen and bar early, so they rushed us. Both drinks were horrible. Food was bland. Service was BEYOND poor. He told us we had to get our desserts to go. He then proceeded to take our plates and TOSS THEM IN THE TRASH WITHOUT ASKING IF WE WERE DONE (still had 60% of my plate) OR NEEDED A BOX. Then he dropped the check and stood over us to pay. Then when Alfredo ran the card, he came back and stood over us AGAIN to get the signed copy. Never said thank you, have a good night, NOTHING. As we reach the terrace overlooking the restaurant, we see a table still down there enjoying their meals! My question is, why were we rushed yet they were allowed to stay?? Highly upset at the lack of respect my guest and I received.

Such a beautiful hotel and the $15 Dine LA special was the best. The food and service was also good but dining poolside was the icing on the cake.

Food tasted frozen and was of poor quality. Dine LA menus were not printed. Only one server who was overwhelmed. Would not recommend.

Didn’t expect a lot but received great service from David. Also atmosphere was fun, comfortable and cool. Surfing movie 🎥 on wall outside with music 🎶 pipped in made the evening fun.

Went for Dine LA. The food portion was bigger than expected and the food was very good quality. The ambience was great. We sat outside close to the pool area. The service was a little slow because of only one waiter but still enjoyable.

Very casual poolside dining. Service was attentive while the kids splashing in the pool was distracting. A legendary setting...

It seemed like there was one guy who was handling everything, which was very odd. We ordered drinks while we waited for our table. They got my drink wrong and after saying he’d make me a the correct drink, he never delivered it. We waited for 45 mins for the drink and to be seated at our table. Neither happened so we left. Very disappointing.

A very casual poolside layout. Ample space between tables. Simple menu with variety to allow for a very fun relaxing evening.

Overall beautiful location and great ambiance. Service was ok considering the Covid situation.

Excellent as always!!! The service is fantastic

Unfortunately due to Covid, nothing was the same. All the food was in to go containers, zero effort. Our server was super sweet but seemed overwhelmed since I think she was the only server working. It took us at least 15 minutes to get our drinks. Not to mention the 10 it took for someone to greet our table. Normally I love the experience but sadly this time, it was very different.

The Hotel was very clean and well maintained. Good hygiene measures in place. Cafe staff wore face masks, gloves and face shields. Environment felt very safe. Our waiter (the only one we saw working) was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the food and food preparation was quite poor. I think under the current conditions, the hotel should consider closing the cafe to the general public at this time and focus on guests staying at the hotel. (otherwise the Beverly Hilton risks damaging their brand). Very sorry, not trying to be unkind or offensive. Hoping for better days ahead

I was disappointed that the regular items weren’t available today, such as brisket and orange chicken.

Did the prefixe for Valentine’s Day. Great value. Service was great. Wonderful “old school Hollywood” vibe.

I’ve been coming to this place, and Will keep coming. Ambiance is really good, depends on the crowd it could be too loud, but you have a choice to seat outside the pool area or inside. Wide variety of food- great! But I noticed the coffee taste is deteriorating. I had a Luke warm coffee last time. I’m glad it was lunch time. It’s always nice to wake up with a good cup of hot coffee...

We had brunch on a Sunday by the pool and it was fabulous! Great service, great view and incredible food! We will be back.

Thought the ambience was quiet bland, very corporate, not warm or intimate.
Ordered the Caesar Salad, it will delivered with no dressing whatsoever so the waiter brought me a side of dressing. I prefer my Caesar to be tossed for it to be coated evenly. Wasn't impressed with the dressing, found it to be too salty.
The side of meatballs was good and flavorful, but also too salty.
