   Overall, great! I would come back joyously. Great location. Food was delicious. Service was pleasant. I would like to have had a bit more of the entree for the price.

   We enjoyed our experience but the food came out super slowly and I wasn’t even hungry by the second course it took so long. The place is beautiful and service great.

   Visited for Mothers Day brunch, food and service were excellent, not cheap but less than similar options on this holiday. Prix fixe menu had a great selections, everything was very well executed - even eggs on the eggs Benedict were perfectly cooked. Great experience overall, have been many times before and will be back.

   Mercat Bistro is still amazing! It’s been open 11 years and in Dallas, that’s hard to do. The food is consistently good and well-prepared. Our waitress Chanel was great. It’s a charming place that also offers outdoor seating. Highly recommend it!

   Fabulous food and service in a great atmosphere! We had the pastry basket, quiche Lorraine and the ham and cheese omelette. Cocktails were delicious too!

   Our server was great and the outside was very nice to sit this time of year. Escargot was great, French onion soup so perfection! Short rib was ehh, basic pot roast feel. The hazel nut desert was more like an average moose. The hazel nut crunch needed to cover the whole bottom. I will go back though and try something else for entree just for the soup and snails!

    Everything was outstanding from the food to the service to the atmoshere. We had a fantastic brunch at Mercat and will be back soon.
