   This restaurant is 100% worth a visit. Best French onion soup in Dallas hands down. Chef Chris is great and our server Timothy made our experience so special. If you have a chance try the tasting menu, its definitely worth it and truly had some amazing authentic French flavors. Bouillabaisse and short rib were some other notably wonderful bites.

   First, Cass/Kass was great! We had a reservation but he shifted a few things around to make room for my wife and I to sit in the Gazebo. Secondly, Don was a fantastic server. Great recommendations, more than pleasant attitude, and very gracious. While an excellent dining experience can elevate the taste of the meal, the food was absolutely on par with the high level of service. One of my new favorites!

   5+++ no, really!! From the moment I pulled up to valet my car, welcomed by wonderful staff. The vibe was amazing in the restaurant; a beautiful Sunday brunch kinda vibe with customers who with large families gathering (grandparents to babies), couples, and those who were eating solo. Our Waiter Anthony was more than attentive and kind. The manager made timely rounds to everyone, and what fun to smell the aroma from the open air kitchen: Devine! 💜

   The crispy artichokes was such a delicious start to our evening! We all throughly enjoyed our entrees- the duck confit, salmon, short ribs and sole were all so amazing and so delicious. Our waiter was also extremely attentive and well informed with the wines.

   Mercot is a cut above in quality, service, and ambiance. The Sole Meuniere is superb, the best sole dish I have ever tasted. The dining area is small and intimate, making for an exceptional experience.

   Little bit of Paris. Such a fun restaurant. The staff is very accommodating and the food was amazing.

   As close as you can come to experiencing an authentic Parisian bistro without leaving Texas. Charming ambience, attentive service, excellent wine menu, and each dish is thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented.

    We dined at Mercat Bistro for the first time for a girls day brunch. We sat on the patio. It was so pretty. We loved the pastry basket!! Our brunch dishes were all wonderful and the service was outstanding. We will definitely be back.
