   Every time sis comes into town she wants to eat here. Which is a ok by me. I love this place. Amanda was our server she is outstanding. Thanks Amanda for great service

   Everything was as we have come to expect, however, a group of male patrons came in and continued to be loud and obnoxious. This behavior severely distracted from our usual experience.

   We have always considered Mercantile Steakhouse as a fine Restaurant. Last night was a great disappointment. My Bison Ribeye was an odd long skinny shape, unusual for a Ribeye. It wasn't the shape however, it was cooked OK but the entire steak was tough and full of gristle. Terrible. In addition, the sauce for the Calamari, artichoke, and steak was bland not very tasteful. My wife's NY Strip steak was tough as well. In contrast, our server was excellent. We will probably go back sometime in the future, just because we had good experiences in the past. If the steaks are bad again, we done. What a disappointment.

   We had a wonderful dinner. The steaks were prepared perfectly, cocktails were creative and service was spot on.

   Dismal. Depressing vibe. Food horrible. Prime rib so tough you couldn’t cut it.

   We had the NY Steak, mashed potatoes, Caesar Salad and the Pop Bread. We’ve dined all over the world and walked away absolutely thrilled about the dining experience. It was, “amazing”!!!! The steak was perfect along with the Caesar which had so much love put in to it! Highly highly recommended!

   We took our neighbors to dinner at the Mercantile for the first time. We all had a wonderful meal and the service is outstanding.

    This was our first time at the Mercantile and we really liked it. The abundance was nice and the staff was friendly. I ordered the New York strip and it was fantastic. It’s a little on the expensive side, but worth it.
