Hidden in an alley. A nice Greek feel to the outdoor seating area.
The food was amazing. Everything we tried was super fresh and delicious. Especially saganaki and grilled octopus. Even the greek salad is a good portion to share for 2.
Service was friendly and fast. I wish you guys were in San Francisco too!
Super cute place in hidden, inner courtyard in the middle of downtown Miami. It transports you to another place. Staff was nice. Puolina took great care of us. We sat outside & felt like we were in Greece. Reasonably priced food. Food was yummy. Overall, good time!
Great food and atmosphere
Karla and Kostantinos made the experience incredible.
The waiter was so polite so considering I went with a Cuban friend who’s was SOOOO rude with the poor waiter, that I wanted to crawl into a corner and die of embarrassment. I love greek food (lived in Astoria Queens for 6 years).
No matter how hard the waiter tried to make my (ex) friend happy, my guest continued to insist that the restaurant menu should have had a “Cuban section” to cater to people like him. I reminded him that, not only were we in the United States (last time I checked), that Miami will NEVER belong to Cuba and that he needed to try new things.
I grew up in queens, New York. It is the the most ethnically diverse county in the United States (look it up). I would not have survived with the attitude my friend had. Not only that, I thrived off of the variety and miss it so much since I moved. My parents are also from another country and I grew up eating their style of food. Did I complain when I had my first slice of pizza cuz it was not Austrian??? NO!
Needless to say, food and service were both EXCELLENT. Go there and order the saganaki as an appetizer. You won’t be disappointed!
very chic and the food was perfect !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great experience , great food, outstanding service. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
Great restaurant and I’ll definitely be going back! The octopus is delicious, the saganaki is a little saltier and runnier than I’m used to but still delicious! We also ordered the lamb chops which were tender and yummy. Lastly, the kalamaki was awesome with a variety of options. Can’t wait for next time!
Avery special night in a very nice place with the kindness service! The food in this restaurant gets better and better, I would recommend the octopus, the salads, the lamb and the spinach and cheese starter.
The have great wines too!
Great variety of delicious Greek foods. We had the grape leaves, saganaki and trio of spreads. The pastas were very tasty.
Great service and food
Great authentic food, lovely atmosphere
It was my first time having Greek food and this was one of the best dinners I’ve had. Wine was great and the food, so tasty. Overall ambiance made the night so pleasant, I’ll definitely recommend it and can’t wait to go back.
I would like to go back for the food and ambiance, but would opt to have another server. The server was aggressive, not helpful and seemed annoyed from the moment she came to our table. In addition, when the AC was dripping water drops on us, she shrugged and said it was the AC, nothing to do. I think our jaws dropped on how indifferent she was about it ...as if she wanted us to leave and we had to ask if we could at least move the table. I don't think customer service is her forte and should consider a different job. This is unfortunate because the restaurant really is cute.
Super cute restaurant. Delicious food. Friendly staff.
It was ok. I’ve definitely had better Greek food. Octopus appetizer was a little on the small side. Lamb chops we ordered them medium and came out medium well. Service was good and friendly. There was no soap in the bathroom but they were very attentive about it when I mentioned it to the staff.
This is truly a hidden gem and I mean hidden! Took the drive to visit this up and coming section of Miami and we felt it was well worth it. Sat outside in the small and funky patio and although it was hot even in late afternoon, the breeze every so often made it a pleasant experience. The service was always friendly and very pleasant as well as prompt. The food was outstanding. We had a few appetizers, wine and then went to a Greek beer which was very cold and satisfying. I remembered the name of the beer started with the letter ‘A’ and it’s the first one listed in the menu. Skip the wine; we had s Pinot Noir but the beer was so much better! For appetizers we had phillo dough stuffed with goat cheese and drizzled with honey as well as shrimp in a semi spicy tomato sauce. Both Great! Main course we had a Greek salad with lamp and a lamp chop with roasted potatoes with lemon. Super! Way too much food and we had to take half of it home. Again, it’s in an edgy area of town but we both thought it was fun and delicious and definitely worth it. Coming back for sure!
Birthday party dinner with my boyfriend and another couple. We got a bottle of Pinot noir and the cheese platter to start. The other couple got lamb skewers, while I had the artichoke salad and my boyfriend had the ribeye.
Vast greek beer and wine list. Food was delicious. Would dine again
Food and service are awesome and the Greek wine . We love it. Such a special place
We had such a good time at the Meraki Greek Bistro. The food is delicious, the service is really good and the place is beautiful. You really feel you are on a Greek Island. I highly recommend this place and I will come back.
The service was very good. The fried Zucchini was quite tastey but the main courses of Lamb and Chicken were far below average.
Wonderful place to eat . Small intimate space to savor the fresh food and enjoy the ambiance. Waiter were very nice and knew their menu and wine list . Truly my go to place to enjoy Greek food !!
A surprise tucked away behind the street. We ate outside in a garden setting with lights strung around us. It was a delightful dinner with tasty appetizers and bronzino as my main course. My only complaint that there were way too many bones in the branzino. Who ever was supposed to fillet the fish was careless and sloppy.
Flys were landing on food. Very often. Food was delicious though Service was average
The food tastes just like it does in Greece. And the staff is just as friendly.
Good service and delicious food
Beautiful and intimate dining spot.
Beautifully decorated, you really feel in a greek place. The food was good, but nothing outstanding. The greek salad was amazing, very fresh
Karla was fantastic
Great Meal for our group, loved the food and ambiance.
My friends and I had a great experience. The ambiance is amazing and the food was outstanding. The serving sizes are big and fulfilling. Loved the gyros and the calamari. Highly recommend!
I’m so excited to find this hidden gem downtown. It’s on a block I have walked hundreds of times and didn’t even know around the corner was an oasis of authentic Greek food, perfect ambiance, and wonderfully kind people. I will be back many times.
This is the second time I go to the restaurant and the servers take my plate away before I finished it.
Great experience and service. Excellent food
Many other places in Miami with much better food and better prices
Amazing food and ambience !
