   The food was exceptional (especially the moles and the sea snail ceviche) as were the recommended drink pairings. the only area I think that needed a bit of work was the coordination with the waitstaff in terms of who does what / what happens when, etc. the dining room seemed a bit frantic in terms of the number of waitstaff vis a vis the guests. Everyone was perfectly nice and attentive and the service was good — the energy level felt a bit frantic at times.

   The experience was wonderful. We came after our engagement and couldn’t have picked a better place. Very accommodating and the food was NEXT LEVEL. Would highly recommend if you can get a table for the menu desgustacion!

   I was so excited for this meal, looked for reservations every day and it was very underwhelming. The snacks were the best part of the meal felt inventive and delicious the rest was honestly only ok. I would not spend the money on this meal again and wouldn’t recommend.

   The experience was incredible. If you are familiar with traditional Mexican dishes you’ll be able to appreciate the creativity and flavors with which each sample is presented. I personally appreciate the aspect of having to use your hands to eat some of the dishes, the way some Mexican food is meant to be enjoyed. The serving staff was fast, friendly and helpful.

   This restaurant lived up to all the hype! I first learned about it through the Chef's Table show on Netflix, and I eventually decided to celebrate my 33rd birthday at Pujol. I started with a margarita with tamarindo...it was so good! Once I sat, I admired the design of the restaurant as well as the music playing in the background. Eventually the dishes started coming out, with each dish being an experience in and of itself. The staff was incredibly attentive and informative, especially Paola who broke down most of the dishes for me. I wish I could eat at Pujol every day. Just incredible!

   Amazing! Lives up the hype. Truly wonderful experience and food. Every dish was delicious, balance, flavorful, and creative. Drinks and service were impeccable. The restaurant was also beautiful. “A must see” if you go to Mexico City.

    I usually don’t enjoy fancy tasting menus, find them pretentious and lacking soul. Pujol is a clear exception. More than the great food, is an amazing experience. That mole alone is almost worth the price tag!!! Our server was good but some of his descriptions of the dishes were lacking. Found ourselves listening in to other servers to get a better idea of what the dishes were.

    The smell of the incense at the entrance was overpowering throughout the meal. We had high expectations based on what we had heard about the restaurant, and they sadly were not met. The dishes were good, but not great. There was a long wait between each dish and at the end we just wanted it to end. They are not very generous with their wine glasses- order a bottle.

    Our night at Pujol was the single best dining experience of our lives. Not only was the food amazing and the ambiance perfect—the service was second to none. I especially can't thank the staff enough for making my wife's night one to remember!! She has an ostomy, so she has a number of dietary restrictions that often make dining out challenging, in general—let alone fine dining. But Pujol was different. I've never seen a place like Pujol in my life. It's a restaurant powered by heart. The staff was communicative ahead of our reservation and proactively spoke with the sus chef about my wife's dietary restrictions. He then proceeded to pre-curated a unique menu special for my wife with incredible dishes that she could safely enjoy. They checked with her ahead of each plate, ensuring that she was comfortable with each ingredient and the way it was being prepared. And then they checked with her again after they brought out each plate—to walk through the ingredients and preparations once more and confirm that she was able to enjoy the food. At the end of the meal, we were given the opportunity to tour the kitchen and meet the chefs, who we thanked immensely for making the experience so wonderful. At the end of the night, the sus chef visited our table once more to check in and make sure my wife had a wonderful night. There's a reason Pujol is rated the 5th best restaurant in the world. But in my book, it'll always be #1. If there's one restaurant in the world you need to experience, it's Pujol.

    I’ll start with the good: service is impeccable. The ambiance is quite serene. The not so good: some courses took way too long to come out. The 3-hour experience can easily be condensed into 2 hours. Now let’s talk about the real reason we go: the food. The food was just okay. There were 2 dishes that really wowed us but the rest of the courses were just average. At about $200 per person, I just don’t find the value in the experience at Pujol. Though I had heard/read similar reviews, I thought they were being tough critics- but that wasn’t the case.

    This was not just a meal - it was a food experience. A fixed menu, Pujol served 8 courses, all complex, creative, and delicious and taking inspiration from various Mexican regional cooking. Service was knowledgeable and effective, but also warm and unpretentious. Definitely a top 5 restaurant for me. I highly recommend, but be sure to reserve several months in advance.

    A great experience with the service being the best ever. Enjoyed the food too, noise level is high...which made it hard for me to hear our waiters particularly because they were wearing masks. Better acoustics would be good. But over all excellent. Add decaf to the menu for an after dinner coffee and I would be thrilled.

    It was our first time and first night in Mexico City. Best experience with great service. The food just kept getting better and better after every course. The servers were phenomenal. I loved chatting with all of them. I now understand why it’s booked out so many months out. WORTH IT.

    En general, la experiencia de Degustación en el restaurante es un 10/10; desde el servicio por parte del personal hasta los exquisitos platillos. ¡Cuidan cada detalle! Lo recomiendo altamente para aquellas personas que lo más disfruten de la vida sea degustar el buen sabor de la comida, mientras lo acompaña de un buen vino. Nuestra experiencia en Pujol no hubiese sido la misma, de no haber sido por el impecable servicio por parte de los meseros, en especial de Mary, Daniel, Mario y Natalia, la gerente. Sin duda, vale totalmente la pena cada peso que pagas… es más, yo hasta lo considero una inversión para uno mismo.

    The food was amazing. The flavors were complex and complementary and all the dishes were beautifully presented. It may be the best meal I’ve ever had and I’ve eaten in dozens of Michelin two and three star restaurants around the world. Really wonderful experience!

    Pujol was incredible. Not only was the service attentive but unobtrusive, but the flavors of the food moved my dining companion to literal tears with how well they treated Mexican flavors (the flavors of his childhood) with such dignity and respect. So amazing!

    We really enjoyed our dining experience at Pujol. We made our reservation months in advance so that we could dine here while visiting CDMX. It was definitely a highlight of the trip. The service was knowledgeable and friendly and the food was expertly made. It lives up to its hype and praise.

    Pujol was one of the greatest dining experiences from start to finish. The staff were all very accommodating and kind. The cocktails were perfect (we’re still dreaming about the fig spritz). Every bite of food was balanced, flavorful, and the portion sizes just right. The wine list is incredible and if Mario is working, be sure to take his recommendations. We will certainly be back on our next trip to Mexico City!

    One of the best culinary tasting Menu I have ever tried in my life. My friends got very emotional about the food.
