At Memorie the Tuscan tradition meets the Spanish one creating a magical atmosphere and a delicious menu where you can find the typical frantoiana soup, the Tortelli Lucchesi, or the pecorino scoppolato typical of Pietrasanta but also the gazpacho, the typical Spanish tomato soup, or Castilla de la Mancha cheeses.

At Memorie you will find products from local companies, from the cured meats of “Lenè”, to the legendary “I Fortini” biscuits rolled by hand, from the Tortelli from Lucca of Silvana to the waffles of Montecatini Terme and the canturini of Prato.

With the aim of tasting the flavours of the past, remembering past memories, but also, with a little creativity and passion, creating NEW MEMORIES
