Melt CBD is Adelaide’s favourite tapas and pizza venue, in the heart of the city. Join us for a drink at the bar, a quick lunch or long dinner, and everything in between.

We are open from 11am Tuesday to Friday and from 5pm on Saturday serving up a delicious and unique selection of pizzas and a regularly updated tapas menu. Our wine list is extensive and we also offer beers on tap.

Our first floor space is ideal for large groups and functions, or for your next corporate off-site workshop.

    Washroom facilities out back in the alley was a major turn off. No men's washroom to be found and non functioning handicap facilities.

    Great vibes, food was really yummy.. we did the $49 feed me option and was so much food and great value for money!! 100% will be back! Drinks were also delish!

    A great little find. Not too big, Melt had a great ambience, great food, friendly & attentive staff and a great wine list. Definitely recommend Melt & will be going back the next time we’re in Adelaide

    The service was outstanding. Our waitress was extremely attentive and accommodating - we had very specific dietary requirements. Only criticism being there could have been more pizza either the feed me menu however all the food was delicious

    I feel like service at restaurants has been hit and miss since COVID, probably due to staff shortages. But the service at Melt was second to none, absolutely faultless.

    Service was great, but the pizzas were average. In its day melt did great pizzas, but there is so many more and better pizza options now, the pizza based was like a sao biscuit

    First time lunch @ Melt. The food was just devine! Loved the selections available on the Tapas menu and can highly recommend jalapeños stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in bacon and deep fried. Great interior with a friendly staff.

    Our party of 4 loved doing the share menu option, as it took the pressure off choosing from the amazing menu! A great selection of wines to compliment the food. Pizza options were fantastic and were delicious.

    I made a group booking and we were sat at a large table upstairs. The food was delicious and there was so much of it. The tapas were fresh and full of flavour and the pizza had interesting toppings. Overall, a great night. I'll definitely be back.

    I love this place! This has become our go to restaurant when we visit Adelaide from the country. Great food, friendly service and never rushed. Great atmosphere. Awesome.

    The tapas style option was ideal for our early pre -concert meal . Quick service, delicious food , and lots of variety. Our favourites were gribiche-egg and anchovy on toast fingers, gnocchi in a delicious creamy sauce and chicken wings. Good wines. Good service.

    Nice atmosphere although the tables are small and rather packed in. Not many options for plain eaters other than pizza. Good option for a quick dinner before a show.

    Service was very disappointing. Most disappointing was when my order came out, I queried whether it was GF (the pizza looked the same as my partner’s which wasn’t GF). The staff said she’d go and check and took the pizza away. She never came back to confirm, and I had to wait 20mins while they presumably cooked a new one, and my partner ended up eating his. The GF pizza that eventually came out was very disappointing, almost inedible. No one apologized. There were many staff and few customers, but we weren’t asked whether we’d like more drinks, even while I waited for my pizza and my glass was empty. 4 staff were drying dishes at the bar and not serving. I’ve had flgrwat service at other Melt restaurants so this was surprising.

    Food good. We ordered from the tapas menu only. The waitress didn’t write down our order and got one of the selections wrong. Having rectified it, we were still charged for the extra dish we didn’t order. While the mistake was quickly rectified, it left us feeling a bit disappointed.
