The name Melina is rooted in Greek origin and derives from the Greek word for "honey". "Mel" can be derived from the name Melissa meaning "honey-bee". The restaurant is named after the daughter of Co-Founder Chef Dimitri Moshovitis. “Melina” will honor the strength of the matriarchy in the Greek family. It will lean vegetable-forward with modernized Greek classics from the sea and grilled meats. Greek cuisine is all about freshness and quality of ingredients and that will be on display in a fine casual setting.

    My wife and I have been to Melina a number of times. Consistently delicious. Our server last night, Justin, was incredible. A walking food encyclopedia. He could go into chapter and verse on anything ... from a tonka berry to Greek mythology. Super impressive. Really personable, too. We'll be requesting Justin every time we go back. What a wonderful experience.

    Our dining experience last evening was excellent as usual. Melina never disappoints us. The manager (young, dark hair) is always on sight to ensure everything is perfect for customers.
