Always a great meal. We always start with the homemade bread and octopus - the best octopus we've had! We've been several times and everything on the menu is great, and great cocktails as well. Melina has become a staple for us for date night out.

Have ben to Melina several times, both for lunch and dinner. Each meal is better than the one before. Hard to say which dish we liked most. Starters, fish, meat. All were exellent. Melina staff want you to be pleased and go out of their way to satisfy the customer. No need to go downtown when Melina is so close to home.

Great food and service. But way too noisy—the design of the restaurant does nothing to dampen the noise. Plus the windows were open on a chilly night. We’d definitely go back when we can sit outside and hear each other talk without shouting.

My wife and I went to Melina before going to a performance at Strathmore. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Brianna provided excellent service. The first course (cheese pie) took a bit longer than expected to arrive at our table, but it was worth the wait. Our man courses (pan-seared chicken breast and the braised short rib) were both tasty, although I preferred the chicken. The wine list was reasonably priced. We were too full to have dessert. Melina is a place we'll go back to when we're in the neighborhood.

Melina was absolutely fantastic! The service, food, atmosphere, and overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend and Melina has definitely become a new favorite. The dishes are delicious, the short rib in particular, and the dining experience is wonderful.

Our first experience at Melina was just about perfect. We sat outside on a beautiful night. After enjoying intriguingly flavored craft cocktails and the deservedly acclaimed bread (sourdough that day), we dined on a sumptuous selection of mezze. An order of the delectable doughnuts proved the ideal ending for a celebratory night.

My husband and I came hungry. Everything was easily sharable. We shared the charred baby gem salad, octopus, bread plate with spicy whipped feta, short rib, and lamb skewers. Everything was incredible. The salad and lamb were particularly innovative and delicious. Our server brought my husband a sparkler and hand written happy birthday card when I let her know it was his birthday. The ambiance is lovely, there is plenty of space between tables which is nice. There's an easy parking lot around the corner that had free parking for 2 hours. Highly highly recommend!

First visit to Malina, but won’t be the last! Two of us had lunch there and thoroughly enjoyed it. We ordered different items. Mine, the open-faced lamb pita, was delicious and filling. I had to bring half of it home, which means I’ll have a yummy lunch today as well. My friend loved her portabella kebab and ate every morsel. The waiter was friendly, knowledgeable about the food, and unobtrusive. We sat at a table near the patio, and we enjoyed the fresh air and people-watching opportunity. Both of us vowed to return!

Really excellent experience at Melina. Impressed with everything about it! Food was amazing. Great service and awesome drinks. Now if only the parking wasn’t so bad at Pike&Rose. That would make us think twice about returning. Went in 2 parking areas and couldn’t get a spot. Street parking only gave us one hour which for a restaurant heavy area is madness.

The place has a reputation for good food, and that did not disappoint. Both the special (branzino) and shrimp cavatelli were delicious! Octopus app was good but very small for the price ($25) -- we would not order it again. Wine was very pricy ($64 for a bottle of domestic rose is too much.) Overall, a good experience for a 25th anniversary dinner (although they did not acknowledge our special occasion).
