   Our food was outstanding, truly amazing. Unfortunately there were next to no staff in-house that evening and so service was extremely slow, and when I approached the beautiful marble/granite bar it had been cracked in half. In truth a bit of a letdown from what I’d been told but the food and drink were stellar!

   Our dinner was delicious, service was great and we will be going back. We loved the week day specials.

   Amazing service by Brandi. No rushing us to order and so personable. Good was soooo good and good portions too. Gave us a glass of champagne for our anniversary too (what kind was it so good!).

   Great place, kind and friendly staff, very attentive, the food is not only presented in the most attractive way it is also some of the best tasting. The flavors are very distinct and so well prepared giving one great pleasure consuming them. Nothing is overwhelming but so blended to give the best flavors. Looking forward to returning to continue trying the rest of thier menu.

   Our server was friendly but we waited an hour after appetizers for our entree. Two of our entrees arrived not really hot. We sat for a full two hours before we got our entrees. Probably we won’t return. It is such a nice space. Wish the service and the food was better. The wine list is fantastic and our wine was excellent.

   Extensive wine and cocktail offerings, but only 1 beer available which never used to be the case. So that was disappointing and it be a while until we go back. Hope they figure that out!

   Our food was great and we loved that they had Wednesday specials ($5 wine and half off apps). I would definitely recommend.

    A great option for Canton diners. We enjoyed a meal at their sister restaurant, Alexander Pierce, a couple of months ago and were excited to try Melange upon hearing that it had reopened. We were not disappointed. In our party of 4, we ordered 2 steaks, the walleye and a pasta dish. Everyone had great reviews of their meals. Our server, Zane, was outstanding. We wanted for nothing. Nice atmosphere. Prices were comparable to other restaurants of this caliber. Couple at the next table ordered a special that night... dinner for two. A MONSTEROUS tomahawk ribeye, two lobster tails and sides. They wheeled everything out on a cart with that steak hanging from a rack. It looked impressive and the young couple must have liked it... no leftovers!. Was not crowded on a Saturday night. I'm certain once more people try Melange, it will become busier. A great spot to have a nice meal in Canton. We will definitely return.
