Saturday & Sunday : from 10am-midnight
Fabulous gem across from Courthouse metro. Healthy, vegan and vegetarian menu: EVERYTHING was delicious, perfectly prepared and attractively presented. The chef accommodated a slight change and the entire team is allergy and sensitivity respectful. Delightful host, attentive waitstaff. We will return again and again. And far before our next anniversary!
Superb food, ambience delightful and our waiter was outstanding. Group of 8 and everyone LOVED the family style meal.
The food was excellent the MeJana grill display was an awesome presentation of the kabobs. The wine recommendations was fantastic and the service was wonderful. It was my husbands first time eating Lebanese food and they were very helpful in explaining the dishes - he enjoyed the food!
We had a great evening at MeJana! The food was excellent and the ambiance was great!
We've been coming to MeJana for several years and always have a great experience. Great food and great service.
I've been here countless times but this last time was absolutely terrible. The food was awful--tasted bland. I was very surprised, and won't be going back.
My family loves this place. The food is terrific and it has a calm and relatively quiet atmosphere. You can just order appetizers or a full meal. Love it!
Delicious food! Great service , and very welcoming.
Outstanding food and excellent service. A great find.
Great food, service and welcome.
Did not like it. Food C, ambiance C, expensive. Do not recommend. For half of the money you can eat at Lebanese taverna which is better and not so expensive.
Excellent authentic Lebanese food and friendly service!
The food was very good. The service was so good as to be unusual. They validated our parking for the convenient garage located below. We had a wonderful might here and were so glad we came.
Impressive meal. Very authentic, good variety on menu, good service. Was here on a Saturday evening and the whole experience top to bottom was good. Innovative cocktails put the icing on the cake
Again, an outstanding dinner meal. Each time we are simply amazed at the service and the meal.
Great place to eat, entertain friends or have a business lunch!
When we arrived yesterday we were greeted and promptly given our table that we had reserved for 7pm. The food experience was great! We started with a cold mezze sampler that contained babagahnoush, hommos and hammara. I particularly found the hammara delicious but the other 2 were lovely too. My wife had an entree of grilled lambchops which was very good. My main course consisted of a selection of different wsrm mezze. Both kibeh and falafel were delicious! The zucchini fritters were tasty but i had expected them to be more crispy.
As dessert we shared a milk pudding which had a very mild taste, too mild too my liking.....
The service was efficient and quick but not very personal. Our waitress did not introduce any specials and seemed to be in a hurry all the time.
Overall it was a very good culinary experience where a more personal service could benefit the dining experience. Recommended.
Really good food and great service. We loved the grilled calamari!!!
I have been here several times and the quality of the food never disappoints. The portions are always perfect, the quality of the service and server is always outstanding. They are well versed on what is available and how meals are prepared which is helpful. I would highly recommend this to others.
very nice Lebanese food. Gracious hospitality and wonderful service. Also, the noise level was much better than other places
Best Libanese food I ever had!!
Another wonderful evening. With a large group food came out fast and wonderful as usual. Our waitress was wonderful at keeping plates and glasses full without being noticable. Great evening.
Me Jana is a go-to for me when gathering friends from DC (where I live) and VA. If I lived in Arlington, I would go all the time. The restaurant decor is relaxed but lovely. The servers are pleasant, you can hear yourself think and the Lebanese food is my favorite in the area. The lamb chops are small but meaty, well seasoned and delicious. The hummous and other spreads and appetizers are even better with their warm, puffy middle eastern style bread...lighter than pita. Another plus is that Me Jana is consistent. Absolutely recommended.
All meat dishes were overcooked beyond requested level of doneness; one was returned. Friendly and helpful servers. Noisy on a Saturday night.
Food was tasty. Had an assortment of small plates to share for the table. The service was fair. It was not busy but the waiter was missing in action. He forgot a request for a second glass of wine and a tea refill.
I like the restaurant very much. My only complaint was that the ground beef and lamb sandwich was a bit dry. Could use more hummus.
Excellent food and service !😍😍
The food and service was great- we enjoyed the evening!
We come here for great food and great people! Our go to place!
Me Jana is my go to Lebanese restaurant in the greater DC area. I like the fried kibbeh and hummus a lot.
We very much enjoyed our dinner at MeJana. Food was very nice and the staff were very courteous and helpful. Thank you!
We enjoyed (as always) the food and service in MeJana. The prices are increasing soon and also, they are changing the menu. I like that the service is fast, if you arrive very hungry.
THE BEST Lebanese/Middle Eastern food in the entire Metropolitan area. Superbly prepared, beautifully presented and authentically tasty. The Halumi/watermelon salad is worth the trip. We actually ordered an extra portion—it was so good. We filled up on hot and cold appetizers and never got to the main dishes—all of which seemed amazing and tempting. Our waiter, Erwin, was fantastic. The entire staff is very friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be back.
Caution: while the address is on Wilson Blvd the actual entrance is on Clarendon Blvd. just around the corner but better visibility from Clarendon.
Disappointing experience. The bad: Table originally assigned to us (reservation for 7) was set for 6 so we had to be reseated. Mezze arrived without bread which we had to ask for repeatedly before it was brought to us. Had to ask repeatedly for olive oil before it was brought to us. Hommos was flavorless. The good:
Kebbe and kebbe nayyeh were delicious, as were the rakakat (cheese rolls). Ambiance is good and there is outdoor seating. There is ample garage parking in the building, and parking is validated.
Outstanding service as always and exceptional food.
We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and had an incredibly positive experience.
I absolutely love Me Jana. The menu has so many option, including plenty of gluten free items! There’s an appetizer with halloumi cheese and watermelon that’s the best I’ve ever had. The outdoor seating is great for people watching but inside is perfect for intimate date nights.
Typically we love this place. However, the last two times we were there service was very slow. The previous time it was Mother’s Day so I chalked it up to a busy day, but tonight was just an average Wednesday. We were never brought pita, even after I requested it. Last time I had to ask twice and by the time it arrived I was almost done eating. This time everything took forever. Our waitress had both inside and outside tables which I don’t think helped. The fries for my son came out undercooked. He said he would eat them so we didn’t send them back but in the end he didn’t eat them. As usual your entrees were good but we sat with empty plates for a very long time. So long in fact, that another server came over to see if we needed anything. We waited quite some time for our dessert. What made it worse was that the waitress stopped with our desserts, set them on the bar and walked toward the front. Then she came back with a camera/phone and took a picture before bringing them to us. I couldn’t believe it. It took a while for her to come back with the check and then again to come back to take the credit card. I mentioned on the reservation and when we go there that it was my birthday. I am not sure if they offer a free birthday dessert but I didn’t even get a candle or even happy birthday written in chocolate sauce. As I mentioned my family loves this place but I am starting to second guess our decision to celebrate there.
Great meal, great service! One of the few restaurants in Clarendon in which you can have a normal conversation.
One of the best meals I have ever had! Every time I come to DC I make sure to stop by MeJana!
Everything in this place is phenomenal; the ambiance, the service, and especially the food!
