   Our server Alex had amazing energy and definitely made my first time an experience. He was attentive, funny, and personable. I would come back just for him! Thank you Alex! 10/10! Give this man a raise

   When you walk in the atmosphere is calm, and cute. Its a nice date night scene. The food was amazing but those prices... really high and some of it you get from the Chinese store for $5. The waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable. They made accommodations to me being allergic to something with no hassle. Plan to definitely return but around income tax lol

   Food was extremely mediocre and not worth the price. It’s pretty much standard American food. The inside looks nice but the music was extremely loud and we had to yell in order to hear each other. And temperature was also very warm and uncomfortable.

   Really cool environment with great food but I waited 40 minutes for my table even when I had a reservation I made two weeks in advance. I would have thought they would have made an accommodation or comped something based on waiting that long but they didn’t.

   Food was so so good. Service was kind of slow especially considering the restaurant was nowhere near packed. Drinks were tasty & strong! Such a nice ambience & vibe. Would definitely return!

   i give it a bad rating because once we arrived we were asked to leave due to inspection issues , the inspector showed up found a issue then we all were put out lol i understand they couldnt control but i went through the trouble of booking reservation and everything was really looking forward to it

    My reservation was at 1:45pm, I didn’t get my food until 3:30pm. The sides took a long time to come out as well and I didn’t even get all of my sides

    I had dinner here with my daughter . The food and atmosphere was nice but the service wasn’t good . When you book reservations you get charged if you don’t cancel before 24 hours . Someone called to confirm we were still coming . When we got there we were told we only had 1 1/2 hours at the table . It’s pretty rude to rush your patrons . The kitchen was running behind, so we had to wait for our food . The girl walking around taking pictures never came to our table . When it was time for the check , I noticed our server charged for two mojitos and I only had one . We waited 15 minutes he never came to our table to get the check , I had to get another server to go get him. He then dropped my credit card on the floor , luckily I noticed it . When we were leaving it was three people standing at the station that you checkin at , they didn’t say good night or thank you for coming that’s rude They added 18 percent gratuity for our party of 2 when our waiter kind of ruined our experience . You also charged a 3 percent processing fee not sure why . If you have these strict rules and add gratuity and fees to my bill I would expect that you provide better service

    I really loved the ambiance and the decor! It was my first time there and I fell inlove with the Dragon Fire Shrimp! My sister really enjoyed herself. I was ambushed by the lady taking pictures lol! Thought she worked there, but she didn't. It was ok though because she captured a great moment between my sister and I. The service was empeccable, and my boy Carlos was so nice, even though he was not my waitor, we wanted him. His energy was so fire, and he was cute! Tell him Drea Leona looked for him before I left but we had an engagement to get to . I will definitely be back for a date night with my soon to be husband!

    This restaurant is really strict on their reservations and the amount of time you get to sit and eat. In other words they give you a time limit. That made me uncomfortable and not really welcomed. The orange chicken that I ordered lacked flavor. And my daughter said the same about her general Tso. Cute atmosphere though..

    I celebrated my birthday here and we had a reservation for 9 PM. We did not get sat our table until 940 one of the host’s was very rude and unprofessional. She was even vaping in the restaurant.! They squeezed us in a tight booth that is really meant for 5 to 6 people we were seven so it was a tight squeeze, especially once all the food and drinks came out to the table. The food and atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing. The drinks were OK but the service was completely poor. Never again.

    I visited Mei Mei 3xs this month . Once for dinner ,an amazing experience,another time for brunch food was great. This time the service set the time for the evening and it was not good. My daughter was home from college and it was a great time for us to catch up. We were seated and didn’t see the waitress between 5-10 min. No silverware, water glasses still lip prints on it . Waitress never gave wontons . My daughter can’t eat with metal so we asked for chop sticks . A manager was nice enough to get us napkins, refill and chopsticks. The service sets the tone of the experience doesn’t matter I’d the food is delicious or not . When we were leaving she had time to joke around at the bar but no time to give an excellent customer experience.

    Me & my friends had the time of our lives last night. The food is always fresh and delicious. They opened a club down stairs that we went to afterwards and it was a VIBE and they have hookah. We will be back!!

    The food and drinks were great! Lamb chops came out a bit cold, but not a big deal. The only disappointment is that we sat at our table for 15 mins before a server even came over to give us water. Our server was very sweet though!

    Decided to go here for my daughter birthday we had 9pm reservations we didn’t get seated til 9:30 which i wasn’t upset about it was pretty busy and i was eager to experience the restaurant we got seated greeted by our waiter and it was A nightmare from there he took our order i ordered sparkling water my daughter and fiancé ordered sprites i never got glass for my sparkling water they food came out my daughter had the lamb they messed her order up my fiancé order the seafood fried rice i ordered the lo Mein but it never came out he didn’t give us any silverware we had to take some off the table next to us every time we tried to get his attention he was acting as if he was to busy we were finally able to order some drinks only for him to take them to wrong table after waiting forever for them than he lied told us he got the remade but just took them from the other people and tried to give them to us i order some dinner to go that came out before my lo mein even after me asking about it several times my daughter and fiancé ate their food and when mine finally came out they didn’t get their sprites until after my food finally came out our waiter’s attitude was horrible he was treating us like we were getting on his nerves there customer service is horrible i will never dine here again they don’t work good when there busy had he took his time instead of rushing he wouldn’t have kept mixing everything up
