    We made reservations for 11:00pm. Arrived at 11:09pm and was seated at 11:48pm. The wait was the only annoyance. Other than that 10/10 experience.

    I decided to go to Mei Mei for my birthday as it was recommended by a friend. While the place had a nice vibe, it’s a gamble if you’re going to get good food and drinks or not. Some items on the menu were good but it’s definitely not worth the price you’ll be paying. The service was good for how packed this place is, but the servers definitely push you to leave as soon as possible to the point of asking if you need a box to go when everyone is still very obviously eating. Honestly, go somewhere else, they’ll make you wait a while even if you have a reservation.

    First time at MEI MEI’s. It was my sister’s birthday. Great atmosphere. Food 7/10 I received 5 cold wings flavoring was good. Drinks 10/10 even though there was a bug in my drink. The bathrooms were messy tissue everywhere & it’s super small. It’s 2 of them single room. I would give it another shot though. Hopefully my next time will be better than the first experience.

    Went for a date night and had a good time. Great food, lychee martinis were delicious. Music was with a DJ which was fun. Service was good. Server was attentive and nice. Food and drinks came out in timely fashion. Overall great experience. Good job

    In all honesty, it was an amazing time I had from the customer service and answering any question I asked, or even from us being able to take pictures, and being a cheap cost of only $20, and then to the food to top it all off.

    This was a terrible restaurant. There are two floors, and though the first floor was mostly empty at 6:30 when we arrived, we were ushered to the dark and dingy basement where we were alone. The service was unenthusiastic. The food was mediocre at best. And the service fee and mandatory gratuity were slaps in the face. 0/10 do not recommend.

    The downfall Of Thai restaurant is the from desk staff and the way they manage reservations. I reserved a high top table (my preference) and they seated me soemrhwere else. When asked why they stated that they don’t follow what is in open table which I think is incorrect. If a customer requested a certain seating and reserved it then it should be honored. Not changed because that’s how they decide. Overall I love the ambiance and the food is great. Service was great.

    Having a reservation doesn’t matter we still had to wait about 45 mins. The waitress was trying to get more tip after 18% was already added to the check.

    Someone suggested that I celebrate my birthday here at Mei-Mei. I had never heard of the restaurant but I decided to take the advice, and baby let me tell you ! The vibes were immaculate! I do not regret taking that advice for 1 minute. 10 out of 10 recommend. I will be back. (I never leave reviews, but this was totally worth it)

    Maybe because it was a Friday night but the atmosphere was very CLUB like. Also, did NOT like being seated in the basement of the establishment when they had plenty of open tables in the main dining room. It seemed only people of a certain ethic background were being seated in the basement. The basement was dark and appeared to be an after thought for the restaurant.

    Great atmosphere, excellent service, as well as delicious food and drinks! A little expensive considering some of the serving sizes, but complimentary wonton chips were great! It was cold temperature wise. I would recommend!

    This was my first visit/experience to this venue. I have heard nothing but good things about this place. I did due diligence and read a number of reviews as well. The hype was increased. I was very disappointed. The food, clientele, and high prices did NOT meet my expectations at all. For the prices, my expectations were much higher than what I received. To me, it was just average. I will say that the Customer Service was Exemplary. The staff from the door attendant, to servers, to bus staff, provided Outstanding service above and beyond my expectations.

    Our server Tori was attentive and super sweet. She gave good recommendations on cocktails and food. I would only say that of everything we ate the Taiwanese wings lacked some flavor it was pretty bland. Everything else was freaking delicious. Spicy calamari sauce was devine, shrimp dumplins yum, salmon, general tso chicken, short rib ramen were all delicious. Will return for sure.

    It was way too loud. They should separate the bar / music DJ section from the actual part of the restaurant where people want to eat and enjoy the ambience. Waitress was also not accommodating. Don't go here if you're looking for a classy/cute date where you want to have a conversation because you can barely hear anyone talk, you have to scream to even make a sentence heard. Lack of drink options , food was also too expensive.

    A bit of a wait for our water once seated, but it was a Saturday night, so chalked it up to that. Food was delicious and drinks were great. Definitely worth it. Music was good! Make a reservation and enjoy!

    Overall, our dining experience at Mei Mei was positive and fun. Good drinks, great social environment, great music, and our waitress was excellent. However, there was an issue. We arrived on time for our reservation and had to wait over 30mins for a table. While we were waiting, a different party arrived and was seated before us. The hostess observed what had occurred and was aware of our wait time. Yes, the hostess addressed the issue with their colleague and corrected the matter. We were seated right away and enjoyed our celebratory birthday dinner.

    Had a amazing time there. My family and I were celebrating my daughter 30th birthday. The service was excellent, as was the food. They did a great job with the bottle service with sign's for her birthday as well. They have a awesome photographer as well.
