   We really enjoyed our dinner here! We were skeptical when the waiter said to order 2 dishes per person but 10 dishes was just perfect for our party of 5. Everything was absolutely delicious. It’s hard to even pick a highlight because everything was so good, but we especially loved the crispy lamb hummus and the salmon belly tartare. Service was a bit slow getting started after we were seated but once we placed our order the food came out at a good pace. Drinks were always full. We will definitely return!

   The food, service and vibes here are always amazing! It’s go to for our rotation of date night restaurants! The staff and service are wonderful!

   The food and service was excellent. The little gem salad, Greek potatoes and Greek lamb chops were a hit. The restaurant gets a little noisy when full, however not in bad way. If you want a quieter experience their sister restaurant Dolly Olive is a great choice.

   One of our favorite spots in town and definitely one of the ones we return to most frequently. There’s really no downside. The food is always fabulous and the vibe is warm and lively!

   We ordered our daughters butter pasta first and by the time it came out everyone had finished eating for some time. As always the food was great.

   I haven’t been to the restaurant for over a year, but everything was the same, which is good… The food was excellent in the service was very professional with food arriving quickly. The gem salad dressing is amazing. The hanger steak was cooked perfectly. Desserts were great.

   The food is excellent as it always has been. The restaurant was packed, lots of parties and quite a bit of liquid refreshment. Service was a little slow due to the large parties. However the food was excellent and we enjoyed 6 or 7 different dishes. All good.

   We love everything about the MEC. Phenomenal food and drinks served by knowledgeable staff who make you feel at home, but actually you’re at a super hot spot!

    MEC is our favorite dining experience in Portland. We were again amazed at how many distinctive flavors could be packed into our 10 or so tapas! Love everything about this place and the champagne toast and special dessert to celebrate an upcoming to wedding were over the top additions! The staff touch is so thoughtful and on point! Well done MEC!
