The Lobster Special we booked for Valentine’s Day Feb 14 we were told was a mistake; wrong advertising, they did not have Lobster. They offered a special tapas menu for 2 for Valentine’s at $38 which was uninspiring. Eventually the manager ‘found’ one lobster for us and we shared it in 2 small halves. No tablecloths, no sign of any valentine theme... not even a rose petal. It could have been any normal night. The waiter forgot our drinks and my dessert. Our two tiny starters, one small lobster with French fries (tomato ketchup?!) and green beans, two desserts, one lemonade, one ice tea, one Prosecco and one coffee came to $270.

Anyone visiting Bermuda should take the opportunity to dine at Mediterra. The food is excellent, the service is outstanding, and the ambiance is quiet and enjoyable without distractions.

Excellent food and service. Plenty of menu choices and good wine list. Food was cooked to perfection and was delicious. Would thoroughly recommend.

We had a great time and the servers were attentive, pleasant and friendly. My complaint is the price. I won’t be back because of it. It is quite frankly ridiculous to charge $44 USD for a Chicken Paella that lacked the sought after soccarat and was slightly under seasoned. The 32$ cost for my husbands plate of Chicken Parmesan was too much for a dish that in all honesty any home chef could have cranked that out with more pizzazz and therefore again, an over inflated price for mediocre food. Drink prices were equally shameful. And $12 for a slice of brownie being pawned off as Chocolate Almond Cake?? Sorry, but won’t be coming back any time soon.

Good service but the main course, their ‘signature dish’ paella was very disappointing. Local seafood? None. Chicken, very dry. Flavor , ok. The waiters were apologetic but sadly this didn’t fix the meal.

Nice meal. Loved the inside - decorated like the inside of a hatch. Food was very good, drinks varied and service was fine. They needed more staff.
