   I've been to Medicine several times and always enjoyed it, but this time it really missed the mark. The food was a big miss. The poached eggs were very vinegary and had runny whites, the toast was burned and items requested to be removed were on my plate, and one of my guests had part of their meal missing and had to ask for it. I noticed quite a few people around me sending back their food that had the wrong items. The food took a very long time to arrive as well, and although we booked a table there was no space for us and we had to wait ten minutes past our booking time for someone to exit. Onto the positives: The drinks were incredible as always and the service was very friendly.

   I ordered the drinks, but the drinks never arrived. I asked where the drinks were. They said they were on the way. Only arrived one and a half hours.

   The food and drinks were nice but it took a while to get the staff's attention and two drinks we ordered didn't arrive.

   Beautiful setting, attentive staff and extensive / delicious brunch menu - exactly what we wanted when visiting Birmingham! 👌

   Normally great, staff were a little underwhelming today. Lack of drive, customer interaction until a more managerial looking female started at around 12 who seemed to then add some pace to the service. Food was tepid at best and for a bill of £120 for 4 people you'd expect a bit more for quality/temperature/service Putting it down to a bad day

   Lovely food and lovely servers. I've always enjoyed the ambiance and bright setting at Medicine. We also always love picking up a cake on the way out!

   The food was great (before i found a hair in it), but the service was non existent despite the restaurant not being too busy. It’s a shame as I love medicine in Codsall. I wont be back.
