    Use to love going to Medicine was always a treat but this time was served brunch on a plate with a huge chip on it which looked very unsightly and not very hygienic, I didn’t notice this until I started eating the French toast as it was so big that it was covering the chip at the edge of the plate. I didn’t want to make a big deal of it as the staff are friendly and very nice, food was nice but £38 for brunch with a chipped plate and no apology when pointed it out to the waiter when finished just isn’t worth the £38 for me, even a sorry and a here’s a coffee to take away would have been sufficient as these things happen, not to be asked if we wanted to buy any coffee or cakes to take away. Shame just didn’t seem to get the same vibe the last cpl of visits but maybe a one off but not my go to place anymore :( (writing this review as this is the 2nd email request I’ve received now)

    Considering that it was my daughter’s 25th birthday and she’s not able to have dairy & it offered more options for those type of people. And she was overall very happy . X

    You book a table. You are directed to your table without opening your mouth. You are asked if you want your usual drinks order. This is customer service par excellence. It is home from home. We tried the sausage sandwich and the halloumi sandwich with fries which is just what you need for brunch. The Medicine Empire is expanding and our experience shows why. Now more people can share the pinnacle in happy eating.

    Love this place, and was super excited to take 2x "new" people, however, food wasn't up to the usual standard - as this has never happened before I have just put it down to a bad/off day. Staff friendly, polite and helpful as always and bakery products gorgeous 😍

    Great service, really friendly staff, order taken quickly, food arrived quickly too! I usually meet my friend for brunch which can be a different experience.. it’s super busy Saturday mornings,which can make a difference . We really enjoy the Saturday morning vibe! We always choose Medicine and id always recommend it to other friends!

    The croque monsieur with fried eggs is to die for and my friend loved the Medicine breakfast. We are all looking for that special place where we get treated specially and the food is consistently excellent and the cake selection is temptation beyond endurance. Medicine is one of those places: my home from home when I want to treat myself, my friends or my family.
