   I recently visited this restaurant and was really excited to catch up with friends I hadn’t seen in years. When we first arrived, our server greeted us and said he’d give us some time, which I genuinely appreciated — it allowed us to ease into conversation without feeling rushed. However, after we placed our order, the service significantly declined. Our food was brought out by another staff member, and we didn’t get a check-in from our original server until at least 15–20 minutes later — after we had already started eating. I had to ask another server, and by the time someone came around, I had already missed the chance to order an additional appetizer I had wanted to try with my meal. Throughout the evening, I noticed the table next to us received noticeably more attention, with the server checking in multiple times. Meanwhile, we were left waiting — including when it came time to pay. I placed my card down as soon as the check arrived, but it sat there for quite a while until I had to flag down another team member for help. The food itself was great, and I do want to come back to try more items. But the service experience really left a sour note. I hope that next time the attentiveness is more consistent across all tables. I’d also request a different server if given the option — not because of one specific thing, but because the overall experience just didn’t feel welcoming.

   I was greeted with a smile! The bartender was very good with food recommendations and experience! The food presentations were amazing! I got an appetizer, salad, and shwrama.. Very delightful experience! The food $$ is very reasonable for such a trendy area with lots of eateries!

   I was excited to try Medí. Unfortunately it let me down. Waited 2 hours for our food! When it finally arrived our steak was burnt and crispy making it taste old. Octopus is alright. The fattoush salad was my favorite plate of the night. Nothing exciting and worth coming back for.

   We had a reservation for 2. We were seated and never saw a server in almost 20 minutes, so we left. I made eye contact with a few servers who immediately looked away. There were about 10 occupied tables with majority of tables unoccupied. The 4-5 servers would congregate by the bar or hostess stand and chat amongst themselves rather than serve their patrons.

   We had a fantastic dinner here and are so excited to come back! All the food we had was incredible and the drinks were so tasty as well! Great for a date night, girls night, or anything! Love this place!

   Business as usual. Mouth watering ….OMG, this is so good food experience coupled with an ambiance and vibe you have to experience to understand. Stellar service Medi just never lets us down.

    Group of 10. Had a number of different starters and mains. Everyone was impressed with the quality of ingredients, preparation and delicious spicing. Staff was friendly and prompt. It was a busy, lively Friday at 7pm. Would highly recommend.
