Crispy Pork Belly
marshmallow fluff, Aztec spice, lime
Cod & Chips
beer batter, peas, tartar sauce
Pepper Bacon BLT
thick cut bacon, tomato, butter lettuce, brioche, fries
Fantastic service and ambiance inside the restaurant. The food was either too rich/flavorful/salty, or the complete opposite with little to no flavor. The Thai Mussels were incredible but all other dishes we got were not so.
The beer selection was fantastic.
If you're looking for good food, you may want to look elsewhere. A cool dining experience with an awesome beer selection, you've found a good spot.
We enjoyed the experience except for the very loud party in the booth next to us. As a result, we couldn’t hear each other.
Waitress was very thoughtful and really excellent. When I made the reservation on Open Table I requested a birthday dessert be brought to my husband as a surprise.
We sat outside and since it was getting hot towards the end of our meal I dd not mention the birthday dessert to the waitress. I am sure she would have accommodated but then it would not have been a surprise.
Do requests made on open table ever reach the restaurant?
Waiter was very attentive and food came out quickly.
Nice ambiance/service, love the craft beer selection (did a beer flight of 4 choices for $20) and shareable plates are delicious. I would recommend public parking next to Virgin Hotels - short walk to the restaurant. Valet parking is available but they wouldn’t take my Tesla becoz I didn’t have my keycard with me. It appears that they want the key because of flexibility to move your car from time to time.
The shared plates were a great way to try different things. The burger and truffle fries were delicious.
The menu here is so eclectic and creative. The pork belly is amazing! I keep coming back!
The waitress was not very attentive. Took forever to get our drink orders then our food order. She never came to the table to see if anyone needed more water etc.. a great restaurant but need more enthusiastic waitresses
This restaurant is my favorite brunch spot!
Great food and really cool ambiance, interesting concept
Meddlesome Moth always delivers a warm inviting environment with just the right touch of cool. The food is always on point and the staff is knowledgeable about menu items and drinks. The rock & roll stained glass tops it all off.
We sampled a lot! Pork belly, perfection. Brussel sprouts, yummy! Grilled oysters, delicious. Moth balls, so cheesy and amazing. Dr. Pepper ribs, amazing! Fried chicken skins, surprisingly spicy and flavorful. The drinks are amazing as well.
This place is a new favorite, this was my second visit and I haven't been disappointed either time. Friendly, on point staff, great recommendations
Ordered the Mother and Child and Poke Bowl - both had no flavor! Left still hungry… Would not recommend this place for brunch/ lunch.
Great spot, menu changed so I was slightly disappointed. Will be back but maybe for dinner instead!
Very refreshing atmosphere, incredible beer selection, great service with personality, made the only standard food worthwhile.
In a beautiful ambiance such as is there, was disappointed that the food did not equal the experience.
Please don’t get me wrong. The food does not suck, but it definitely doesn’t reach the level that you expect after being valet parked, and join the other guests in the dining room.
Would not turn down an invitation for dining here again, but it will not be one of the “gotta get there” spots on our next Dallas trip.
Had a terrific lunch with an old friend who was flying through DFW on his way to Spain. Service was excellent - friendly, prompt and efficient. We both had the Pepper Bacon BLT. It is an outstanding sandwich. Fries are fantastic too.
Service was not great, never made suggestions or told us what was on the specials. Food wasn’t spectacular
The service was just fine and the restaurant space is very cool. But I was not impressed by the food. The MOTHER CHILD REUNION entree has jalapeno gravy but no spice and no real flavor. I literally thought I had COVID for a second. The guacamole was just average at best. The best thing I ate was the iced coffee, which was from a can.
Food was great 👍 and I love a good brunch spot. I will be back
Awesome!! Great food and service
Everything was great. Wait staff very attentive.
Staff was nonchalant and not too eager to refill drinks and get silverware after food arrived
We had to keep trying to grab our waitress. ( the place wasn’t too busy…. Staff was huddled in a corner talking.
Food was “ok”.
It is discouraging to spend over $200 on a dinner and walk past a minimum of 5 staff when leaving to have no one say Thank you. Or have a good night. 2 small words that go along way.
Wonderful experience. Great waitstaff. HUGE selection of beer. Always look forward to a great dining experience at Meddlesome Moth.
We love this place and it was perfect before we to grandkids to WICKED!!!
The atmosphere is amazing and the food was nothing less astounding. The service team was on par without a missed step. Great time all in all!!
We 3 really enjoyed our lunch experience at Meddlesome Moth! Food and Service was spot on. The daily special "chicken biscuit" had a nice twist to it and the Poke Bowl was fresh and tasty.
The food is outstanding, one of the best meals I’ve had in Dallas - great vibe and playlist!
Creative dishes cooked right and delivered with great service. A refreshing step up from most restaurants these days. Bravo!
Fun drinks and good food. I’d go back with a group of friends.
It's been six or seven years since I've enjoyed a meal at Meddlesome Moth. The food and service is still amazing!
Always an enjoyable meal and great service!
Brunch was great!
We had not been to this restaurant in a while. The food was even better than I remembered. Very imaginative and delicious. Wine list was good and reasonable.
Our server was very pleasant and helpful. She steered us to some dishes we never would have ordered and they were excellent.
Meddlesome Moth never disappoints. It’s been a while since I’ve been to the restaurant so I was happy to enjoy some tasty food. The pork belly and fruit cobbler were both to die for!
Amazing service! The food was tasty and quick. The Service was top-notch; I will absolutely be back!
Love the atmosphere and the waitstaff!
Fancy food in an un-fancy setting - my favorite kind of place. Be sure to get the cioppino
Shannon Wynne has a really neat little gem of a restaurant in the Meddlesome Moth. We were met at the door by the host staff and imediately seated. The waitstaff was friendly and eager to provide advice concerning the cocktail menu, as well as the food options. This is not a place to eat if you aren't at least a little adventurous! My darling bride and I sampled several of the shared plate items. The mussels were delightful and the broth was impressive. We like a bit more wine in the broth, but the kitchen turned out one that could go toe to toe with some of the best in Scotland!
We also enjoyed the brussel sprouts with a shaved bonito tuna topping which looked like it was alive when it was served (Wow!), the farmer charcuterie board, and the pork belly in a marshmellow fluff. Again, not something I woiuld try at home, but the sweet and savory worked amazingly well together!
Dessert brought us a wonderfully plated blueberry lemon cobbler with a mexican vanilla ice cream and chocolate pan du cote, rich and flavorful in it's own right! We had eaten there about two years prior and vowed to return, post Covid, and the ambiance was every bit as good this time around. Thanks, Shannon, and I really like the painting of Bix Tex, pre flambe'!
Great space and service can’t wait to go again! Everyone is so friendly
