Very poor service. Took 20 minutes to bring drinks, never checked in once our food was delivered, no refills. Food was great but hard to hear anyone since the music on the patio was so loud

Wonderful And attentive staff. Beautiful outdoor area for dining. Lovely atmosphere for a night out.

Was not quite wh we had hoped for. Service was slow we were inside a tent instead of near the lake. The food was just OK. Average place better spots elsewhere in Westlake.

Beautiful setting. The food was good. The service was good. Felt comfortable with the spacing during Covid.

Service was a little slow and the waiters needed to be reminded a few times to bring water and condiments.
Otherwise, a little cold (could use more heating), but nice overall.

Got Married this weekend and had our mini 5 person reception at Mediterraneo and it was absolutely wonderful! Great food and great service! Even gave us all a glass of champagne to celebrate! Lovely place. 10/10 would recommend trying it if you're staying at Westlake Village Inn or live in the area and want a nice dinner

The food was good but not amazing, the service was awful and I would give 0 start since we had to wait for the waitress to get our order after 30 minutes was it for each course, we literally had to ask other waiters to call her which even after that it took her another 20 minutes to show up, she was not there at all, and I can say the service was horrible, the Ambience in other hand was amazing, beautiful restaurant with beautiful view which overall that helped the experience to not be awfully unpleasant.

We enjoyed our Sunday brunch. They were quite busy, so service a little slow. It was still a lovely brunch day.

We have always loved this restaurant. Not only has the food been consistently wonderful, but the environment is lovely. Recently they have made changes to the surrounding location; they have added a spa. Definitely a plus. I checked out the spa menu for prices and treatments. It seemed a bit high, but considering the location. It was fair.
I highly recommend this entire location - restaurant and surrounding facilities.

It was my birthday dinner and the restaurant knew this but nothing came from it? My meatloaf was different and tasty but my wife’s Sole has zero flavor.

Service was sub par...it felt like our waiter had somewhere else to be and rushed the entire meal. Very uncomfortable and definitely not welcoming. He would leave the table while we were still talking to him!

We’ve been to Mediterraneo many times but this time we were disappointed because our waiters were dropping their masks below their noses a lot while serving our table. We notified them and our hostess or manager to no avail as it kept happening. In this age of the virus it’s important to feel safe. Not sure when we’re returning. The food was good and the waiters were attentive outside of this important matter.

Mediterraneo is just a fabulous place to meet eat and enjoy. Lovely patio, good service, and good food. I love the ahi appetizer, the humach, the bread, the bransino and... well almost anything. Not to be missed dining experience.

My mom & wife are foodies and they both say that this is the BEST SALMON they've ever had! I love that it is CoViD-SAFE outdoors with a beautiful garden instead of "parking lot" seating. Will return (again and again and again)!

Outstanding as always! The Med salad is amazing, and the waitress was terrific. Our new go-to brunch place.

We are never disappointed when dining here. We were sad to hear that Demetri is no longer working here, but Nathan proved to be as friendly and efficient as Demetri. The food is wonderful and the ambience is fantastic. We have no problem recommending Mediterraneo for a beautiful night out.

Even though they brought me a different steak than what I ordered, it was good. Since my spouses ordered was served and I wanted to eat with him, I did not complain. It was less costly cut than the steak I ordered, but they did charge me for the steak they delivered. Wines by the glass, my first glass wasn't so good - probably that bottle had been open for days. I ordered a second glass of a different wine and it was better. I'm not a fan of wines by the glass for this reason. Probably in future, I'd just get a beer. Other than that, service was good. The wrong steak was good. Had I known they would bring the wrong steak I would have ordered the second side that came with it. Lesson learned is when you order a steak, double check they understand what you want.

Beautiful morning brunch! The french toast churros were an absolute treat! Make sure that you like cinnamon before ordering, but would return for that dish alone. Totally worth the diet splurge.

Fantastic food! I recommend the Hamachi and fresh sourdough bread as a starter. You will not be disappointed. Great place to celebrate any occasion!
