Our award-winning wine list offers the best influences and sophistication of the old, and the new world’s varietals and winemaker's creations.
The service is friendly yet professional, and the ambiance is comfortable but sophisticated, classic-elegant, romantic, and relaxing.
We do not guarantee lakeside seating, we will do our best.
We accept a maximum of three credit cards per check.
Beautiful location — nice view of water and golf course. Brunch menu was limited. Food was mediocre (cold toast, small portions). Service was very slow. I had to get up from table to request refills. Drinks were quite expensive ($10 for generic G&T). Hostess was not attentive, wait staff was grumpy.
Beautiful day to sit by the lake and enjoy a leisurely lunch. It was fun to see all the action surrounding the the new spa because they were putting in landscaping. Service was not intrusive but friendly and food as always was on point. Highly recommend!
Always a perfect lunch in a beautiful setting with friendly service and fantastic fresh and light lunch options. Best spot in town.
2/4 of us enjoyed our meals. Service was awful. Won’t be back for that reason.
Food was excellent and our waiter was very attentive.
Great setting. Beautiful garden view on the patio. Chicken Caesar Salad was just so so.
Excellent food and the butter cake was INCREDIBLE!!!
Wow! So disappointed (again). This is the second time I’ve brought my fiancé to Mediterraneo and waited an unreasonable amount of time for service. Last time I was embarrassed to ask for help after 45 minutes being ignored by all staff members. This time we decided to walk out and go to “Casa Nostra” because of their amazing food (and more importantly their great service). I don’t know if its because we look young, or if there’s an issue with the staff. As pretty as this place is the food doesn’t warrant the rude/non-existent service.
We’ll be sure to share this repeat experience with our friends and family.
Overall, we had an excellent evening. Great server & food. Ambiance was lovely. Our table felt very cramped and small for 5 people though.
We met with a cousin to get caught up on family matters .The ambience was perfect. The food, service, and not being rushed added up to the best experience we have had in a long time.
We have been to Mediterraneo many times, it is one of our favorites.
Drinks were amazing, food was not bad, ambiance was OUTSTANDING, however I expected much more knowledgeable and attentive service for the price paid
Great Experience. Friendly service.. Beautiful view
A very good upscale but fun restaurant. It is a Westlake Village local hangout so it is generally filled with locales that have come to know Mediterraneo is fun, good food, great service in a very nice setting. Just a great place to go.
I think this fabulous restaurant is good for all of the above!! The good was delicious and delivered quickly. Our drinks were unique and wonderful. Our waiter was exceptionally charming and professional, we had a delightful evening and will be back
Great quality and variety for brunch
We have eaten at Medierraneo several previous times sitting on the outdoor lakeside patio. It was lovely there. Last night, we dined with two other couples. Because it was so cold out, we chose an inside table. (The patio was not even open.) It was so noisy inside. Normal conversation was impossible. The food was ok. We had the tuna tartar and the meatballs for appetizers. The tuna was good although it was served with soggy potato chips. The meatballs were overcooked. We ordered a whole branzino to be split. It was a small branzino but truly enough for two. The kitchen split the order. The cocktails were ok. The waitstaff was attentive but not overly intrusive. Before returning, we will wait until it warm enough to eat outside on the patio. One other thing... there is no self-parking. Despite the tremendous size parking lot at the Westlake Inn (where Mediterraneo is located), management has chosen to make this a "valet" only parking lot. Arghhh!
Great ambiance; great service
Fabulous long ladies lunch! Food was great, service was excellent and the back room was cozy, comfortable and fairly quiet! A good time was had by all.
Service was fantastic! Sweet server who treated us with great care. Food was to die for (salmon was spot on and lasagna was best ever had!)...butter toffee cake for dessert did not disappoint. Wonderful experience! Thank you.
Our favorite spot for family get togethers in the Conejo Valley. Great food and outstanding service, every time.
We sat outside and enjoyed a lovely, leisurely lunch. The food was very good and the service perfect.
We will be going back again and again.
Delicious food and great service............................................................................ttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttt
The food was okay but not great, at dinner. Service was poor. We much prefer Sunday brunches. The food then is great and the service is always superb.
The food was outstanding, we were so impressed and its hard to impress us.
Love the atmosphere, every room has its beauty including the outdoor patio and the covered fireplace patio. Valet parking, $5.00, Thursday through Saturday is okay but the service is pretty slow on busy nights. The servers are friendly and appropriately attentive to each table. They are always out of the tap beers on the menu, and should really update the menu or figure out how to stock the bar better. The meals are excellent, very good food and fairly priced. Lots of options on the menu, something for everyone. Weekend breakfasts are so nice here, the outdoor setting is perfect.
This was my third visit to Mediterraneo. I’ve ordered the vegan bowl each time. It looks and tastes so good!!! And their crusty, warm bread with soft butter—how perfect! I can’t wait ‘til my next visit in February.
Went there for my son’s birthday. Have dined here numerous times. A great restaurant with great food, service and ambience. I highly recommend it.
We have not been to this restaurant since they renovated it and re-opened in July 2019. What a change. Gone are the heavy wrought iron decorations and heavy furnishings and paintings and in their place is a bright airy, fairy lit romantic atmosphere. My husband’s pork chop was perfect and I had the sword fish. Swordfish is hard to prepare well, but the chef did a superb job and it was perfect. The bread is to die for and try to save room for the dessert. We will be back soon. Forgot to mention that the Greek salad was as good as what I had a few months ago in Greece.
This was my second dining visit with Mediterraneo in two weeks. I had dined there Friday 1/4/20 and had such an enjoyable time that I came back to treat a dear friend to a birthday lunch. The lunch choices were varied and plentiful and I was seated in the fireside room which is my favorite dring the coller weather months. Our server was excellent--pleasant, attentive and thoughtful. She had excellent menu suggestions which we heeded--the vegan quinoa bowl, and brought ice cream with a candle for my friend. Such a nice touch. The only small blip was that the host/hostess did not see my Open Table reservation in the system when I initially arrived to check in--I knew this was not an error on my end as I received multiple confirmations from Open Table about the reservation which I showed the host on my phone. Perhaps your staff needs just some additional training on how to handle. When I was told the restaurant did not have my reservation, I was a bit embarrassed. Fortunately they did accommodate me, but to avoid this from happening again, perhaps some additional attention to this would be helpful. Other than that I was extremely pleased and would dine with you again.
It is always a treat to eat here. The food is amazing ~ we traded up from Coin & Candor at the Four Seasons, as our whole experience here is much more rewarding!
Best lunch spot in town. Can’t beat ambience, service and food. Love the new look and new menu items so fresh and healthy. Best turkey sandwich on wonderful focaccia. Very affordable for quality. Dinner is also excellent and prices are on higher side but you get what you pay for. Love this place.
Our server wasn’t friendly .
Lovely place, great food... amazing drinks, great service+++
Newly renovated, love the atmosphere here and the vibe. There is a beautiful outdoor patio area, a fireplace patio area, a Tuscan wine room for dining, and the main restaurant. Each area has wonderful ambiance. The staff is perfectly friendly and attentive to everyone. Great bar. The tables and chairs incredibly comfortable. We enjoy breakfast here, lots of really great breakfast options. If you are in the mood for a burger, it is really a good one. The dinner entrees are all good. Overall, wonderful dining experience.
Sunday should offer a brunch and full lunch menu or at least an expanded lunch option section on the brunch menu
It was unpleasantly noisy. They no longer have a brunch menu on Saturdays at lunch time which was a disappointment to all of us. The food was excellent, but we wanted brunch and the noise level negatively affected our enjoyment.
