• About Giano Currie and His After Hours Photoshoot

  Giano is an award-winning fine art photographer born out of Suriname but based in Miami. He believes that we are currently living in a modern-day renaissance without even realizing it. He sculpts his subjects using shadows and paints their symmetry with light. His style forms a relationship between lights and shadows that will take your mind elsewhere. Giano usually attracts very large crowds when he hosts his after-hours photoshoot

  Max Guevara, a one-of-a-kind creative mind, was born in Caracas, Venezuela. In 2014, this talented artist finished his studies as a visual communicator in order to further his career as a graphic designer, as a creator, and as an illustrator. What mostly characterizes Guevara's work is the technique applied in the illustrations, described by him as" Organic Native" . He's intervened in many different objects as well as spaces, in which cases he's applied emerging techniques based on aboriginal art in combination with marine and fossil organic figures. He was recently featured in Le Art Noir in Miami Art Basel

  German (@norulescook) is the COO, head-butcher, and Executive Chef of Meat N' Bone (www.meatnbone.com) and The Wagyu Bar (www.thewagyubar.com). He has worked in some of the top restaurants in Venezuela along with some of the best Chefs in the country. When he graduated from Culinary School, Carlos Garcia was his final test mentor and he has carried that knowledge along with his culinary career that now has turned into a blend with butchering

Food brings people together. One thing we always wanted to do was host some" Chef's table" like what you see on TV. Opening Undisclosed was our opportunity to do so. Every other week the butchers for MnB cook, and that means you will have a lot of fun. For the first couple of events, we are going for an tuscan based menu, centered around beef, of course; specifically the famous Bistecca alla Fiorentina.. an AWESOME and MASSIVE USDA Prime Porterhouse (48oz). This beauty will be cooked to perfection low and slow... The menu has been designed with sharing in mind, a really MASSIVE steak for two people... so one ticket serves two people ($125 pp)... However, if someone wants take the challenge by themselves... that's fine as well. This Notte Toscana menu has been designed by MnB's very own @norulescook and brought to the table by their Corporate Chef Jorge Cruz. The event starts at 7:30pm.   Army combat veteran Alex Lotero combined his talents and ideas to execute fine dining dinners across South Florida and beyond.
