   The Fairmont and the restaurant are beautiful and very fancy. Unfortunately, it was by far not the best steak house I've ever been to. The sides were very good but it was the same standard fare you get at every steakhouse (baked potato, mac and cheese, bussell sprouts, etc.). I didn't find the menu to be that imaginable. We ordered the cowboy ribeye and were given options of Medium Rare or Medium. I asked for Medium Rare +. Unfortunately a large portion of the steak was very rare and overall very unevenly cooked. For the price, I honestly expected better. The temperature issue could have been an communication/language issue.

   Had a lovely evening at Meat Market. The ambiance was chic and the service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and professional. The bread served at the table was delicious, and we enjoyed the dumplings and escargot as appetizers. The main dishes were decent, but didn’t really wow us. The meat was fine, but the sauces didn’t add much, and some sides felt underwhelming—though the lobster risotto was a standout. The ravioli, unfortunately, was a bit too greasy. The real star of the night? The dessert. I had the chocolate chip cookie and would honestly go back just for that—it was incredible. Overall, a nice experience, but for the price, the food didn’t quite live up to expectations. Great for the ambiance and service, though. The carajillo was terrible it had no coffee.

   Food was amazing. We had the steak and lobster which was fantastic. Our server Nashi was wonderful. Very attentive and great with her recommendations. Definitely recommend Nashi and the restaurant

   Food was delicious and service was fabulous. Live music was wonderful. Could be turned down just a bit we had trouble hearing each other.

   El lugar está bien y el servicio del mesero fue bueno, pero la comida tardó más de hora y media , lo pedí para lleva y llegando no era lo correcto, mal sabor, y pagué más de 200 dólares. No volviera

   The steak was better from Cana than it was from here… we waited WAYYY too long for food, to the point where no one was even hungry anymore… The waiter was great and kept apologizing but the whole experience was bleh. And 300$ later we left extremely unsatisfied and exhausted. Horrible way to end the vacation.

   Service was spotty we had 10 people the crab legs were fishy and couldn’t be eaten and were not taken off the bill. Hostess was unfriendly food was juts ok. Bill was $1200 so Not worth it will not go back and will not recommend.
