Showed up for reservation and the restaurant was closed. If closed they should not be accepting reservations on OpenTable. Please remove from App.
Closed!!! incredible open table makes a reservation of a cosed restaurant :((((
The restaurant was closed. Made a reservation for my birthday dinner & arrived to a restaurant that has been shut down. Open table really should’ve known this and not allowed me to make a reservation. By the time all parties arrived and discovered it was closed it was too late to make a reservation anywhere else and it ruined my birthday.
I made a reservation but when I arrived, the restaurant was closed
The restaurant was closed when we got there and appeared as though it had been for quite some time so I don’t understand why it allowed me to make reservations. It was a waste of time.
The restaurant is closed .... for good.
Was not opwn
Food was fantastic. Everything from the appetizers, sides, and entree was great and I hope they stay open during this Covid Miami shutdown. We sat indoors as their outdoor seating is quite hot and I hope they add fans.
We had a lovely evening at Meat Market. Reggie the host was amazing. The service overall was excellent and the food delicious, especially the Wagyu beef dumplings. They also did a good job with social distancing the tables and sanitizing.
Thanks you Meat Market
Meat market is always one of my favorite place in Miami to eat. The service is always superb. The food is cooked perfectly and everything is so tasty. Steaks are amazing. We had Preston on this most recent visit. He was fabulous. The dirty martini and blue cheese olives are my favorite way to start a night at Meat Market. Perfect location for outdoor seating and great people watching
Reggie is the best!
The food was so basic I can’t believe how expensive that was! This was for a friend’s birthday, the hostess said it out loud when I specifically told her it was a surprise. The drinks were blah, the waiter was clueless and took forever. The food was not worth it! So disappointed.
Visited the Meat Market for lunch and was pleasantly surprised that they had "Miami Spice" reduced pricing. Food was delicious and the bottle of white wine we enjoyed with the food was very fairly priced as well.
Great service. Amazing food . Perfect atmosphere!
Service was EXCELLENT, food was incredible
We had a fantastic Father’s Day dinner sitting outdoors and feeling very safe at Meat Market! Brian, our server, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable, fun and efficient. It was so nice to get out during this time and Meat Market really made us feel comfortable. See you again soon!
Way too overpriced . Almost a 20% gratuity added on top of the total as well . It is Miami Beach . But not all restaurants at this expense all charge the gratuity .
Great location on Lincoln Road to dine inside or outside.
The food is always excellent at this place. Service was a bit slow as they were busy due to me going on Father’s Day so it is understandable. Will go back
Food is outstanding... You will not be disappointed
We dined here for dinner and took advantage of their miami spice menu being offered. The food was amazing, tasting great, all meat cooked to the perfect temperature. The service was well below what was expected from this restaurant. The staff does not communicate with one another. The specific incident that accounts for the bad service rating is that we ordered white wine and they opened us a red one, then after 15 min came back telling us the white wine we ordered was not in stock, we chose another one and the one we chose was brought to us at a temperature too hot to drink. The sommelier was not apologetic for this incident and instead just proceeded to walk by our table without consideration to the fact that we were almost done with our entrees and the wine would be irrelevant. The waiter apologized many times for the disruption in service but it didn't make up for the fact that we had finished our dinner by the time we had a cold glass of wine in hand. Hopefully, this isn't how business is always run at this restaurant and that they can attend to their clients appropriately, especially being the higher scale restaurant that they present themselves to be.
Me and my boyfriend visited the establishment for Miami Spice, and we are most definitely coming back! Excellent service, the prime ribeye and filet mignon were spectacular, and you can tell that even the sides are prepared with detail and effort. Amazing ambiance and decor also, with parking located right behind the establishment and Lincoln Road at your disposal!
No social distancing based on COVID rules. Food was awful.
Overall it was a good experience. Me and my wife were celebrating our 2 year anniversary. Everything was really delicious from the appetizers to the side dishes. The lobster Mac and cheese is a must try. Our only complaint was that the Tomahawk steak lacked flavor. But other than that we enjoyed ourselves.
We did a Miami spice menu for lunch and the portions were ridiculously small. I had salmon which was done in 4 bites. I would never recommend it.
The steaks are very poor quality. The bread was cold. Gouda Tater tots did not have any flavor of the cheese at all and the sauce that comes with it neither. Will not recommend to anyone. We are meat eaters and this has been the worse we’ve ever had. Way way too pricey for the quality of the food.
Will was our server, he is the best always a pleasure! Food is amazing!!
Great! Will return!
Restaurants have started re-opening, these are tough times for all but you can start to go out again and help our restaurant community, we are also very lucky here in Miami as the Miami Spice is now available for 4 months, June thru September with fixed price menus at many restaurants, these are great deals that help you try out new places at a reasonable price or go to your favorite restaurant for only $ 25 Lunch and $ 39 dinner.
Yesterday was my first Miami Spice lunch, as it is early not many restaurants signed up yet, therefore my choice was Meat Market on Lincoln Road.
We loved the Slow Braised Empanadas & the Wagyu Beef Dumplings, both really really good appetizers and for our entrée we tried the Churrasco & the Filet Mignon, I have to say the Churrasco was so good, very tasty as seasoned and with grilled onions and garlic confit, the filet was good too but, the best part of it was the Mushroom Truffle sauce, if I had to choose between the two I would definitely choose the Churrasco, super tasty. As your meat comes with no sides I would recommend you order some, these are $5 each, we had the Cheddar Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potato Fries and the Gouda Tater-Tots, all really yummy. To finish we had the Key Lime Pie as it was the only choice in the menu, it would be good to have maybe a second choice too but for the value, we really cannot complain. Great lunch I would definitely recommend it, good food, great value and a lovely place and the staff is really good too @meatmarketmiami

We were a group of four. This was the first time since moving out of Dallas that I had such a good meal where the appetizers, main course and dessert was phenomenal. There were zero complaints of the meal from the four in the group. Portions were large enough to share with others, but of course we all bought sides to share. My only critique was the slight delay at the end to deliver the check when we were clearly finished with the meal, but this was only a minor nuisance.
I do not want to write about individual entrees as to be honest, all the appetizers, sides and main courses (steaks) were outstanding. In the end for dessert, if it is a group, I would recommend the sampler. The four of us could not even finish it and everything was amazing.
2nd time there and was just as awesome as the first time! Service is outstanding and so is the food!
We had a good time, the food was good, our waiter was good too and the food came in time. However, we had no water for a while, and we notice three tables around us complaining about things like waiting to pay, waiting to get the menu and a mistake about a wine. I am not that strict so I would recommend, and with the miami spice menu is worth it 100%.
We've been to Meat Market and took the Miami Spice Lunch Menu - very good value! We were seated outside so we could enjoy the warm weather and respect social distancing. The food was really good, the meat was good and the plates were not too big. Really good value for $25.
Overall a huge waste of time getting ready and dolled up to just have drinks and not even a meal due to some curfew.
Can’t wait to come back! So great to see this business back up and running beautifully again! We had such a positive experience with all of it! The food, the ambiance, the staff! They also have a great spice menu that is currently available! One of our faves!!
Everything from the ambiance to the food to the service was spectacular. During these hard times it was so amazing to have such a lovely experience. Sarah our server was exceptional and a delight to have around. Reggie came to check with us and was such a great addition to the meal and conversation.
Great place. We enjoyed Miami Spice Lunch menu. There were just three other tables except us, since they've just opened after quarantine.
The food was great, so I would totally recommend this place
I've previously gone to Meat Market in the past + had an amazing experience + the food was outstanding. I talked up the restaurant to my boyfriend + we decided to go for dinner this past weekend. We spent $200 on the bill and the quality of the steak + food was not good at all. We were very disappointed.
