The open table reservation service and this restaurant allowed us to make a reservation for a time the restaurant was never going to be open. No one from the restaurant attempted to contact anyone to say this was the case. Our reservation was set for 11 am on Sunday. Online hours reflect an open business at that time. They tout a brunch reflective of a reasonable reservation time. I only found out once we arrived very unapologetically from the staff. We traveled from another city celebrating a birthday because of this restaurants reputation. They blamed staffing for closing, but I fail to see how that keeps you from calling and saying a reservation was made at a time out restaurant is closed, would you like to make it for another time.

Desserts could be better, they are all frozen types from Sam’s or similar .

Wait staff was excellent and very attentive- the food was average to say the least. Having to stand in line to wait on crab legs and prime rib was annoying. They only brought out enough crab legs for 3 to 4 people at a time. Next time I want good seafood we will go to riverfront seafood and pay half the price for better food.

We have visited many times for the seafood buffet and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had. Every time we went up to the buffet there we always out of everything. We had to wait over 5 minutes each time for the crab legs and the oysters were always out. I even had to ask the manager if they were going to replenish the dessert area and he say they would in a few minutes, which did not happen. We eventually had to leave without having dessert. We also wanted to give the server a tip on a separate card, but she never came back, so she missed out. Overall, for paying over $50 each for dinner it was not the experience we all expected. Not even a sorry from anyone except the person serving the crab legs, which he must have worn himself out saying such since it was constant.

Seafood buffet was amazing. It was a bit pricey but was as described. No wait on the all you can eat crab legs. Everything was well stocked, desserts were top notch, not usual buffet junk. Usually places run out and take awhile to refill, especially items like crab legs, not here! If you like seafood, I'd recommend. Unfortunately our server was not good but as we watched, most of the others were attentive. Manager made it right and adjusted our bill accordingly.

Had reservations but there was no Host available for 20 minutes. It was a Brunch Buffet but it was cold and eggs were old. Ran out of many items on Buffet and the 30 minutes we were waiting for missing items none were filled. Meadowview use to be top notch but not anymore.

From the front of house to my departure, everything was perfect. The wait staff was very attentive and the food was prepared perfectly and kept at the perfect temperature on the buffet. Everything on the buffet was readily available.

I annoy say how bad the entire experience was! The food tasted good but it was barely warm. There was maybe a total of 5 tables of patrons and we didn’t see our waitress for 45 straight mins to even request for our food to be warmed up or to get our tea refilled. Then we had to go find someone (the hostess) to request a to go box and our check. Not only that but we thennnn had to go find our waitress to take our payment…we found her out in the hall leaning up against a wall talking to another employee. We are new to town and had heard about this restaurant from a local and boy were we totally disappointed. The medium cooked steak was oozing blood, my husband’s tea glass had a lipstick stain on it, the bread was doughy…I could just go on and on. If they were busy I may give a little bit of leeway but the place was next to empty at 7pm. There was so much negative about this experience that we can easily say we won’t go back for a second chance. A real shame cause it was talked up so highly by the person who recommended it to us. We left a $3 tip on a $127 bill…I’m certain the waitress got the message loud and clear. When we were leaving and before she even saw the tip we left she obviously knew she had given us awful service cause totally averted any eye contact with us and all but ducked behind a curtain to avoid any interaction as we walked by. We did eat the leftovers…and they we so much better after nuked in the microwave!
