Review summary

AI-generated from verified diner reviews
Meadows offers a delightful seafood buffet with "excellent food and service" praised by many patrons. Diners appreciate the "great atmosphere" and "attentive staff." However, some guests experienced long waits despite reservations. The prime rib and desserts are often highlighted, though improvements in organization and temperature consistency could enhance the experience.

Short staffed, and needs work on sides and bread. Dessert was ok, ice cream would be a good ad on.

Made reservations for Seafood Buffet. They do not honor reservations. Arrived on time but had to wait 45 minutes. Service was terrible. No drink refills. Buffet May only come with one drink. Not sure. They ran out of prime rib and slow to refill buffet. Food was good but the overall experience was low class not worth the high price. Won’t go back. Don’t recommend.

Disappointed in the Crab Legs!!! I go there a few times a year to eat Crab Legs. On Criday night the first batch I got was ok. When going back for more crab legs they tasted off and had a different texture and color. The Lady over the kitchen was so nice and she went to the back and brought out crab legs that were good. The only way I got any that tasted good was if she went and got them. She said they had another vendor but she wouldn’t use them again. I told her I’d been there many times and this was the first time I ever complained about the crab legs. When I go, I eat crab legs and maybe a dessert. I was afraid to continue eating the crab. I’ve heard people say that if you ever get sick on seafood that it’s awful. My friend treated me for my birthday and I was embarrassed that I couldn’t eat like I normally would. She ate other seafood so she enjoyed her meal. I had my glass empty for approx. an hour. The friendly lady in the kitchen area filled my drink up. This was not her job. I had waited all day to eat. This is a lot of money to pay and be so disappointed. The manager came to the table and his customer service skills were lacking. He wouldn’t give any amount of refund on my meal. My friend took the $24 tip off. She wasn’t punishing the waitress but we really didn’t have one. I don’t know if this is new management or not but the attitude of the manager that night was lacking respect. I got sick 2 times while I was there and he said he could assure me that the crab legs weren’t bad. He’s not a doctor so I don’t know why he was playing one. When asked him if he could handle a review he said “Yes and pointed to his name tag and said my name is Ridge or Rich. I hope I can continue to come there for crab legs but this treatment has made me have second thoughts. I’m a music minister and have lots of friends on fb so I could have been vindictive and made a fb post but I didn’t. Please treat people better. Customer Service isn’t what it should be!!!

Nice assortment of foods. Salads and fruits were fresh and tasty! Ham was not as flavorful or tender as in past dining experiences there. Service good with very attentive wait staff.
